I was eating a piece of leftover pizza and was feeling generaly yucky. I thought I’d weight myself and I’ve creeped up to 178 again! Holy coldstone batman!
So after that and then looking at a picture my mom sapped of me at her birthday party yesterday on facebook, I’ve decided to buckle down and TRY to lose the pesky last 15 pounds so i can finaly be at my goal weight.
My goal is just to track what I eat and watch what I eat, watch my soda & salt intake, and work out a bit 3 times a week.
Even if I don’t lose all the weight, I’d like to lose te 8 pounds I’ve gained. I’m NOT going to let myself get to 180! No Way!

I’ll add you altough I tend to frequent these boards, and fatsecret more than MFP. But I’m trying to be better about logging in because theres such a huge wedding bee population on MFP.
Best of luck on your journey. I myself am trying to get back on track and get out of the 160’s for hopefully the last time!

I joined MFP today and really need to be held accountable.
I lost 42 lbs recently in 2 months, partly due to my thrroid, NOW TO KEEP IT OFF.
I need all the help and support I can muster.
I see food I love food I eat food.
I am trying to losing 15 lbs for sure>
