We’re doing a joint bachelor & bachelorette party & I need ideas! Labor Day Weekend in Seattle. My fiance & I love camping & boating, so we were initially thinking about doing a booze cruise around Lake Union downtown, then going out with everyone to bars later. OR going camping, but I have a feeling it’ll be hard for everyone to coordinate. What did you do? 🙂

Booze cruise sounds fun! We live in Florida, so we’re doing a weekend Bahamas cruise for the joint party.

I vote for booze cruise and then some bar crawling around downtown. But that is because I don’t do camping, unless it means that I am staying in a well appointed log cabin with electricity, running water, plumbing, heat, A/C, TV, internet, etc, etc.

- Wedding: October 2016 - Outside wedding
Fun! We are doing a lunch tailgate with tons of food and games then attending a baseball game this summer with all of our friends and wedding party plus everyone’s SO’s. Can’t wait!

I would go for the booze cruise mostly just because not everyone is a fan of camping. Fiance and I love camping so we’d be totally down, but several of my friends HATE the idea of it.

Thanks everyone!! I agree about the camping. We love it & our friends who do enjoy it can come with us throughout the summer, but I’m sure there are a few who won’t want to do it. Also, LDW camping prices are higher too, so I’m trying to cut costs as much as possible for everyone. We considered going to a baseball game then doing bar hopping too! I guess it depends on the weather. This past September we were still taking our boat out through the end of the month haha! Hoping it’s that nice for LDW in Seattle 🙂
