SoontobeMrs0831:  I totally understand you! I don’t have any morning sickness yet so of course I am wondering when is going to start for me. During my second MC I started having morning sickness AFTER we found out it was not viable. I wanted to miscarry naturally so I waited with awful “all day sickness” until I ended up having a D&C. So my point is, there is no way to know cause each pregnancy is different. I wish breast tenderness, good hcg levels or morning sickness were fool proof indicators of a good pregnancy. I know is out of my control and I feel that I am doing the best that I can (eating healthy, taking my vitamins, drinking water, taking my progesterone, etc). However, I keep pressing my breast at all times and praying for morning sickness to paralyze me. My therapist told me that will be totally unrealistic to ask myself to not worry, that due to my past losses there is no way I won’t be anxious. She told me just to try to enjoy the present as much as I can.

We are just worried mamas of out little babies. I wish you all the best of luck!

KatieBklyn:  Thanks! just had my doctor appointment today and got to see LO! I LOVE my OB, we got to see the yolk sac and he zoomed in enough and got everything just in the right spot so that we could see little baby looking just like a cute tiny bean. No heartbeat yet, but I’m only 5w2d by my calculation. Going back in for another ultrasound in 2 weeks, so hopefuly I will have a clearer sense of the due date.

victorianghost:  So happy you had a wonderful ultrasound! Congrats!

Magpie86:  KatieBklyn:  Congrats on being so close to the end! So happy for you both πŸ™‚

heirofslytherin:  Congrats and welcome! It’s totally normal to be nervous. But you’re pregnant right now so celebrate! I had to try to push everything about my mc out of my mind to enjoy this pregnancy. I’m 10w3d and still have my freakouts but it gets better. In the mean time, you can vent to us!

Andthepupmakes3:  15 weeks, yay! πŸ™‚ Time may not be going fast for you, but I feel like it was yesterday that I read you were 12 weeks! So wonderful. I’m starting to have to hide a little… teeny tiny bump below my belly button but I still get a little bloat here and there that makes it more pronounced. I can’t wait to not have to hide anymore and just let people figure it out.

SoontobeMrs0831:  I’m only in my tenth week, but I’ve had very minimal MS and 3 ultrasounds showing baby is ok. I’ve only actually gotten sick once, I just get nauseous quite a bit. With my mc, I had fierce MS. So that just goes to show that it doesn’t necessarily mean anything. Hope this helps!

heirofslytherin:  Just saw your follow up post… So happy to see you had a good ultrasound! Sounds like things are moving along well! I hope that will be just what you needed to get through the next 2 weeks until your next appointment πŸ™‚

heirofslytherin:  Yay–awesome!  I’m so glad that your little baby looks to be developing so well!!!!!

Kay1126:  Thank you!! I’m so excited that you’ve made it to a wonderful, healthy 10 weeks…without feeling too sick!

AFM, I missed a call from my OB yesterday, and I REALLY wish I’d gotten to speak with her (she’s nearly impossible to track down, so unless she calls me, I’m out of luck).  The GOOD news is that she said that everything on the ultrasound looks great!  The bad news, though, is that she doesn’t feel that I need to come in again until my first OB visit, which she told me to schedule around 9 weeks.  When I called the office, the earliest they could get me in was March 19th, when I’ll be 9+4.  The ultrasound tech had thought that the OB would want me to come back in for a follow-up ultrasound in a week or two, but when I asked about that, the receptionist said that the OB hadn’t left any instructions and would have called me to say specifically if that were necessary.

Soooooooooo———I’m really beyond thrilled that my pregnancy seems to be progressing so well that the OB doesn’t feel that I need close monitoring anymore.  HOWEVER, I really would have liked to see the heartbeat again sooner, and to make sure that it does actually get up to the ideal range.  πŸ˜›

heirofslytherin:  congrats on a great US!

victorianghost:  to talk with my doctor is almost impossible but once I get lucky, we end up talking for quite a bit! If you get too anxious, call them again for an extra US. But if you can wait, I think you will be able to see so much more at 9 weeks.

I have a question for you ladies. I’m starting to get waves of nausea during the day, nothing too bad. However, when I am walking for let’s say more than 7-10 minutes straight, I feel awful nausea. Has anyone of you experience nause when walking?

There haven’t been any posts on here for awhile, so I thought I’d pop in and see how everybody’s feeling! πŸ™‚

No news from me…but in this case, no news is good news!  I’m feeling progressively more tired and nauseated (yay!—yes, I know that’s weird), but haven’t done any actual throwing up.  I’m now officially 7 weeks 3 days, and my next appointment isn’t till two weeks from today!

Sending everybody lots of good thoughts!

KatieBklyn:  2 weeks to go for you!!!

PenelopeQ:  I didn’t have walking nausea, but basically I ate non-stop and avoided any strong nausea in general.

SoontobeMrs0831: I had worse MS with my second miscarriage than I did with my current pregnancy. morning sickness for me, meant nothing about the health of the pregnancy.  I still had moments where I was panicked about my lack of MS, but in retrospect that’s just really silly.

AFM,  had my 16 week appointment and all is well.  Baby girl is measuring 2 days ahead, which means that if we change my due date, yesterday would have been the 17 week mark instead of tomorrow.  So I’m splitting the difference and saying 17 weeks today.  Wooooo!  Anxiously awaiting feeling some movement from baby, but anterior placenta will have me a little behind the norm for that one πŸ™  Luckily my doc said it’s high enough up there that Some movements will sneak their way to me!

victorianghost:  Glad things are going well for you! I also had quite a bit of nausea with this pregnancy, but no throwing up. It seems to have subsided.

Andthepupmakes3:  17 weeks! So exciting! I’m so happy things are progressing well and I hope you feel some movement soon!

AFM, I’m currently 11+4 and have my NT scan today. Excited and anxious because I haven’t seen the baby in 3 weeks! They didn’t take any measurements then, it was more just an ultrasound for my peace of mind, but the doctor suspected I might have been a bit ahead. So I won’t be surprised if the baby measures ahead today. I’m showing a little, which I didn’t expect so early. I have the cutest bump under my belly button. So we’ll see. Hopefully you’ll see a happy update from me tonight!
