HaaaveYouMetTed:  definitely drink tap water – it’s safer than bottled – epa regs are more stringent than fda regs. (I’m a water engineer.πŸ˜‰) I drink mine out of a glass bottle I keep at work.

HaaaveYouMetTed:  WHATT I thought they were making BPA illegal? Even the cheapy bottles my job designs and are manufactured in China are REQUIRED to be BPA free! Insane! I would bring my own water from home in the biggest safest bottle I can find…. Also, I bet you’d need a TON of that BPA in your system to cause effects. I cant imagine they’d let them be made with high levels of super harmful ingredients  :/ So don’t panic. I think you should start the new thread. I started the new charter thread.

AFM, GUESS WHAT? Finally got my +OPK!   πŸ™‚ I hope its real and we see a temp rise soon!

BiancaBee33:  I didn’t read the book, but I am pretty sure the gist of it is no/little processed sugars, carbs should come from vegetables, whole milk products, and less protein from animals/more from plants. I know I won’t be able to follow this 100%, but I am definitely going to try more WHOLE foods, and less processed crap (even though it tastes so good lol)
