definitely drink tap water – it’s safer than bottled – epa regs are more stringent than fda regs. (I’m a water engineer.😉) I drink mine out of a glass bottle I keep at work.

WHATT I thought they were making BPA illegal? Even the cheapy bottles my job designs and are manufactured in China are REQUIRED to be BPA free! Insane! I would bring my own water from home in the biggest safest bottle I can find…. Also, I bet you’d need a TON of that BPA in your system to cause effects. I cant imagine they’d let them be made with high levels of super harmful ingredients :/ So don’t panic. I think you should start the new thread. I started the new charter thread.
AFM, GUESS WHAT? Finally got my +OPK! 🙂 I hope its real and we see a temp rise soon!

I didn’t read the book, but I am pretty sure the gist of it is no/little processed sugars, carbs should come from vegetables, whole milk products, and less protein from animals/more from plants. I know I won’t be able to follow this 100%, but I am definitely going to try more WHOLE foods, and less processed crap (even though it tastes so good lol)

YAY for +OPK!!! I bet you two are exhausted haha! How annoying that it was so late. As for the BPA, I thought they were headed towards that too (it being illegal), but on a whim I decided to google the bottle manufacturer “Crystal Springs” and BPA, and on their site they have a whole FAQ section to BPA and why it’s ok -_- I brought my own bottle today, a Tervis bottle which I thought were all BPA free now.. but now I’m reading conflicting reports on the web! Ugh. Guess I’ll just have to go get a stainless steel cup!
I’m on day 4 of Whole 30 and much to my surprise, it’s going great! I’m really not craving any sweets too much, but when I do, fruit usually satisfies it. I thought I’d miss dairy too but not yet (I’m sure I’ll get there though lol).
I’m going to go ahead and close this thread and start a new one! See you all there 🙂
