Ok so I’am still pretty new to all this…
Heres the deal,..
My soon to be officail step daughter ( I have been in her life full time since she was 18 months old known here since she was born ) Will be 7 at the time of our wedding. I want to do something special for her at the wedding. She is happy to be a part of it. We only have her every other weekend.
I was wondering if its okay to make her my “Jr Bridesmaid” I will only have one person standing with me my Maid/Matron of Honor.
I know shes young but is it okay? I will put her in a dress thats more age approprite version of my Maid/Matron of Honor dress?
I would like my kids who will be 2 and 4 to be my flower girl ring bearer. The newest addition will only be 4 months so he will sit it out with my parents lol
That then has all 3 kids involed and in there own special way…?

Ask her how she feels… a 7 year old can probably tell you if she likes the idea or not.
Is the flower girl only 2 years old? At 7, she might enjoy being a flower girl and can accompany the little one down the aisle (I’ve seen more than one toddler go astray without a proper escort!)

I was a jr bridesmaid at my aunts I was 10 wedding I wore the same color as the bridesmais but a different dress. I think this is a great Idea being a bridesmaid is a bit more special than a flower girl!

My 8 year old niece will be my junior bridesmaid. I feel like she’s too mature to be a flower girl (she’s 8 going on 30 lol)

Well and thats my thing she really liked the idea of having her own specail roll to play and not the same as my Dirty Delete (who will be 2). its not a far walk for them and my boy 4 will keep her in line lol she follows him everywhere!!!
