I love this green juice-

4 kale leaves

2 green apples

1/2 cucumber

2-3 celery stalks

2 large handfuls of spinach

ginger (About a thumb size)

Yumm.  It tastes mostly like apples and ginger

@6598731ssfse3:  My friend owns a juice bar, and this one is my favorite…I started making it at home…

2 green apples, 1 cucumber, 1 lemon, a small piece of ginger (too much can ruin it!), 5 celery stalks, handful of parsley.

My SO adds a habenero pepper, but I prefer it without.

Commenting to follow! Do y’all actually have a juicer at home or do you use a blender? I’m a novice juicer 😉

I never really follow recipes, I just throw in random stuff and it somehow always tastes good! lol. I mostly use apples (all kinds), oranges, beets, carrots, pears, strawberries, grapes in any combination depending on what I’m in the mood for that day (I’ve found these are the easiest to prepare and I’m too lazy to deal with de-pitting fruits and whatnot, lol). If you want something nice and easy and yummy, 2-3 oranges, 2-3 carrots, and some ginger is always light and refreshing 🙂

I generally keep my juice to vegetables. Fruit tastes so good, but it adds too much sugar when you concentrate it in juice without the fiber. I generally do carrot and a variety of greens.
