I originally purchased a birdcage veil, but it did not work with my dress unfortunately.  I searched high and low for a cap veil until I found one I liked.  I think drop veils are lovely tho, especially embellished ones.

Here’s mine in action:

@Kimberley25:  aw thanks!

@justjade: I love lace backs! I took it off after the ceremony. It actually fell out from everyone tugging on it

I’m wearing one. I don’t have photos though because it won’t be done until April or May. It’s going to be similar to what Kate Moss wore, except the ribbon cap part will be fine Swarovski crystals.

@eocenia:  I was originally no veil too but Im so glad i changed my mind.  Unless you have a good bridal shop nearby I would get it made like atlbride or find one you like online.

Generally the cap veil is considered a vintage look. My thought is did you get that feeling when you put it on like you did when you found the right dress? That should be the answer to your question.

@justjade:  oh i love that dress!  Don’t worry about covering the back of your dress.  Veils are sheer.  You can see right thru them.  I searched high and low for one.  I eventually found it on etsy.  I think kate moss helped in upping their availabiltuy.
