I’m technically still in for the end of June but just not feeling like this cycle is it, I’m still waiting to O and that’s never usually late. So I’ll tempt the universe by roll calling too, I’ve agreed to a day out round the pubs as well as lockdown has been lifted where I live.

ROLL CALL

Your age/ partner’s age: 38/45

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD15

Ovulation Date: 12 July

POAS Date: 25 July

Usual Cycle Length: 27

Cycles Trying: 3

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): Temping, charting, BD EOD (or ED if we can manage it) during FW, checking CP, prenatals, evening primrose oil during follicular phase, Co Enzyme Q10. Also grapefruit juice for CM, it’s absolutely rank 🤢

Trying anything new this month: eating pineapple core post O until I get a bfp or AF.

Link to your chart if charting:

For fun: What is your favorite self-care activity? Early to bed and streaming binge with my DH, we are re watching Downton Abbey

ROLL CALL

Your age/ partner’s age: 33/31

Baby #: 2

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD13

Ovulation Date: 6/21 or 6/22

POAS Date: 7/2

Usual Cycle Length: 33 or 34 days

Cycles Trying: 1st!

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): OPKs, BD everyday this week, prenatals

Trying anything new this month: 1st month trying! When we were trying for my daughter, we tried for 3 cycles then started using OPKs and got pregnant that month. So I’m peeing on lots of ovulation strips, and getting it on a lot with hubs.

For fun: What is your favorite self-care activity? Reading, yoga, gardening, or watching the Office or Star Trek in the background of whatever I’m doing

Hey guys! I’m so excited to partake in a POAS board again! May lasted FOR-EV-ER!

I hope this is our month!

Your age/ partner’s age: 30/32

Baby #: 1

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD 9

Ovulation Date: Predicted to be 6/22

POAS Date: 7/7

Usual Cycle Length: 39-30

Cycles Trying: 2

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.) BD EOD until +OPK/EWCM then BD ED, prenatals, Pink Stork Fertiltiy Tea and Fertiltiy Support, Grapefruit Juice to increase CM, CoQ10, Prenatal DHA, Maca (I may have gone a little overboard this cycle…all I did was research during my non-trying-cycle!) Still temping and charting!

Trying anything new this month: BD less (much to DH’s dismay), Pink Stork Fertility Tea and Fertility Support, Nordic Prenatal DHA, Maca, CoQ10, different prenatals, drinking more water, different BD position *ahem* sorry if tmi, also bought preseed out of curiousity.

Link to your chart if charting: I have no idea how to link my chart.

For fun: What is your favorite self-care activity? Long shower while listening to music…I’m a shower singer, so it’s very mollifying to belt it out when I’m feeling stressed!!

Thanks for starting a July board! Feeling good about being able to join the board this month.

TRIGGER WARNING – LOSS

ROLL CALL

Your age/ partner’s age: 30/30

Baby #: 2. Very sadly, our son died in January due to complications at birth. We are still grieving for him (and always will be), but also starting to take steps to grow our family with a little brother or sister. We hope that another pregnancy, while it will be an anxious time for us, will also give us some much needed hope and light in our lives.

Current Cycle Day/ DPO: CD21

Ovulation Date: Not sure I have yet – hopefully this week.

POAS Date: I’m trying to hold out for 1 July but it could be later if I don’t see any EWCM soon!

Usual Cycle Length: 28-35 days. I’m still irregular after giving birth. Seems this cycle is longer.

Cycles Trying: This is our first. We were planning to NTNP in June but it turned into actively trying pretty quickly!

BFP Plan (BD timing, charting, prenatals, supplements, etc.): BD EOD, folic acid, preseed

Trying anything new this month: Trying!

Link to your chart if charting: Not charting

For fun: What is your favorite self-care activity? Reading books in the sunshine, or in the bath
