I just called this morning and blocked some hotel rooms.

We still need to work on the final guest count and seachart chart, print placement cards, meet with the venue for our detailing, buy bridal party gifts. We also still need to print the programs.

I feel like there is more I can’t remember.

Oh man I feel like there is so much to do! I’m a teacher and I have a few weeks left of school so I’m not really worrying about a lot of this stuff ’til then.  Also a ton of it is literally just ordering online which I’ve been waiting for money to come in to do!

Pay balances to most vendors.

Purchase event insurance

Grooms & dad ties, groom shirt & shoes

Pick up dress, pick up groom’s suit

Rehearsal Dinner shoes

Make runners, napkins (yes, I plan to make 100+ napkins. This might not happen.)

Do a bouquet & boutonniere trial (Also DIY)

Make 5-6 cheesecakes (Another DIY)

Organize and label all DIY stuff for caterers

My hair trial next week

Buy escort cards, card stock for table numbers & label

Order silverware & remaining linens

Order pillar candles, votives

Paint cornhole games that Fiance made.

Seating chart once we have all the RSVPs!

Plan out ceremony and ask readers to read!

Finalize music for ceremony, cocktail hour, reception (yet another DIY)

Decide on/buy bridal party gifts

@MmeVT:  Have you decided how you are painting your cornhole game? I can’t figure out if it should be wedding-y or not!

@CPearson1016:  We actually made two sets! We are doing chevron on the top (which matches wedding stuff) and then a solid bottom with a silhouette of our dog on one and our cat on the other.  Using these instructions.   The other one will be silhouettes of our two states of origin.  But we will see if this actually fully happens!!

But yea I wanted something not too wedding-y as you say! We might put our last initial/name on there some place and maybe the “Est’d. 7/26/2013” thing.

@iBDancinPretty:  It’s required by my venue.  Actually I can say this is now checked off the list because my Future Father-In-Law is adding a rider to his policy for the day! It’s not officailly done done but now it’s his task to complete!

@EmeraldTiger:  That makes me feel a bit better! I know there are a million little things I’m missing too.  But I figure if I can’t think of it now then it’s probably not that big of a deal if it doesn’t happen…

This time last year I forgot all about picking out a cake!  I went literally a week or so before my wedding!

Oh and I needed a tossing garter…

Omg I am so so so excited. My veil is coming in today and I’m picking out flowers.

I still need to get in touch with the cake maker again, I’m waiting on RSVPS still and I need to lose 3 pounds in just as many weeks.  I am just so excited.

I need to Finalize decor and a program.

Get kids activties.

Reception sign and table numbes need to be printed.

Bridesmaid or Best Man and Groomsmen gifts.

The menu needs to be finalized with my family who is catering and I need to figure out  how to get music in for the walking down the aisle and the first dance etc.

Then I need to have a music playlist for the after party which will be more like a traditional reception.  I am just so excited. So so excited. 🙂
