This is so frustrating. My DH works long hours and was too tired to BD tonight, he told me to wake him up in a bit but I don’t want him to be cranky, so I am not going to bother waking him up. We haven’t BD since Sat and I don’t think that was during my FW! Tomorrow is his birthday so we will BD for sure and he has the following 2 days off, so we will hopefully BD everyday until O which is supposed to happen around Friday, I wanted to do it ED during my FW! Oh well

SadieBee: A half an hour after I typed this my DH came downstairs and started flirting with me, I was watching 16 and Pregnant of all shows lol and we ended up BDing. We will probably BD again tonight for sure and he has Thurs and Fri off this week so he shouldn’t be too tired the rest of the week before I O.

ROLL CALL!

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD9
Ovulation Date: Probably CD15 6/24
POAS Date/Usual Cycle Length: July 8 / usually 28 days
Cycles Trying: this is number 5
BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc.): Trying to BD at least EOD from CD12-18. I just went to my first ever acupuncture session this week and she also gave me some herbs to take to help ‘warm’ my uterus and stop the spotting I have been getting before and after AF. Its called ‘wen jin tang’. Who knows really, I’m just excited to be getting a little outside support! She told me to stop taking the red raspberry leaf tea. I’m still on fish oil and multi vits.
Link to Chart, if any: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/no_elle
and for fun –
What do you want to accomplish this month (aside from getting knocked up)?
I’m finishing up my latest batch of yoga teacher training…I’ve spoken to the studio owner I teach for and she wants me to start teaching a class regularly at her studio soon, which is super exciting. I’m only subbing her classes now, so it s a big deal for me! I’m trying to carve out a little more time to study and prepare for that.

SadieBee: She said that it was a uterine tonic – so good for AF cramps or later in pregnancy. She said when TTC you are trying to create an optimal place for a possible fertilised egg to settle, so if you are having the red raspberry leaf tea, you are disturbing that.

I’m joining in for July POAS!

Current Cycle Day/DPO: CD 10 today

Ovulation Date: CD 17/18

POAS Date/Usual Cycle Length: July 12th (or 14 DPO)- cycles are 30 days.

Cycles Trying: This will be the 6th.

BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc.): Just taking it easy these past few months. I actually left the boards for a bit because I was putting too much pressure on myself. I have focused on eating right and my overall health, and I feel I’m in a good place to come back to the Bee!

Link to Chart, if any: I had/have one, but I mostly write my data on paper now so I will have a hard copy to bring to the GYN if need be.

What do you want to accomplish this month (aside from getting knocked up)? Getting everything ready for our beach trip in late July!
