It is pretty hot and humid, so make sure you have some stuff that can help.  Spritzers, fans, etc.  Its been done many times and I don’t see any problem with it … but, I also agree with others, not that it would be TOO hot to have the wedding … but you do need to be aware of how your guests would feel as well.

Not a problem at all!  Just make sure your reception hosts have plenty of cool water available immediately upon arrival

And citronella candles and mosquito coils!  Getting bitten would not put guests in a wedding mood.

We got married outside in Central Florida in July and it was definitely hot and humid but managable. We took a trip to Atlantic City in mid July last year as a mini-moon and it was much worse than Florida.. I know last year was record high heat for your area but just to be honest I’d be kinda hesitant after experiencing that!

We had our ceremony at 2:30pm in the middle of July.  In our usually temperate area, it was a smoking nearly 100 degrees.  It wasn’t the most comfortable day, but people lived.  We brought tons of cold water bottles and had a tent to keep the sun off.

I would personally hate it. It gets really sticky in the Philly area and I hate having to go somewhere and look nice during summer. I’m a sweaty, miserable mess all summer unless I’m in the air conditioning.
