I forgot to continue this thread for June, so here we are in July. I’ve been really down on myself with accountability and sticking to being healthier to shred some weight so I hope this helps me stay on track.

Current Weight: 161lbs
Goal Weight: 150lbs – hoping to loose even more but this is just short term.
Timeframe: End of the month!
Weight loss so far: Nothing. Unfortunately have been sitting at a plateau. I’m staying in the 159-162 range.
Reason: To be happy with my body. Its been depressing buying bigger clothes and no longer wearing some of my tighter cute clothes. Also.. pool and beach days this summer.
Exercise (routine and/or programs you use): Doing Liift4, a strength training and HIIT workout program through Beachbody. Going to start running using couch to 5k next week.
Diet (specific type, counting calories, track macros, vegan, etc): Counting calories, generally healthier choices, limited soda and alcohol. Not killing myself with the calories but I’m crash “dieting” to stick to around 1000-1100 cals a day, no more than like 1400 though.
Fav. Healthy Snack: Nothing right now. I’m terrible at healthy snacks.
Positives so far: I can see slow progress, my energy levels feel better.
Negatives so far: Being hard on myself mentally and emotionally. Being an emotional eater or giving up after a few days and saying “eff it, I’ll try again next week” I need to be in more of a do it NOW mindset.
