My fiance and I decided to go with a Sunday wedding. June 10, 2012! We cannot wait. Our venue will have us as the only wedding for the day, and its a perfect time of day since our families are about an hour and a half apart from each other. I already have so much done because I get time on my hands while I wait for Fiance to get home from work, so I look at wedding things all night. While I am probably planning and buying some things very early, I am okay with it! I figure if I buy the stuff I know we will need now, it will be less of stress to buy closer to the big day. How are the rest of you doing with your June 2012 weddings?

@Future Couture: Sorry I took so long to response, date twin!
We just have the venue and officiant. Hotel room block contract is done and is being taken care of by my future mother in law.
In May I’m going to start looking for dresses, then as the summer starts DJ or band, photographer/videographer, florist – the bulk of the stuff!
We are also probably having our tasting in June because our venue wants to use the seasonal ingredients that will be around next year – when we go then I’ll take photos to see what’s in bloom, etc. I’ve been trying to think about colors but it’s hard!
I’m taking it slow with the planning at this point because I’m in school, but July and August I’m off and I’ll probably go all out! What about you>
