I’m getting married June 9th….Here’s what we have so far:

– ceremony and reception site are booked and deposits paid

– cake has been ordered but I haven’t paid the deposit yet (a friend is making it for me)

– the caterer has been picked and the deposit has been paid

– we’ve picked our photographer

– I’ve had my dress since December but it needs a few minor alterations which I plan to have done in the next week or two

– the invitations are designed and stuffed in envelopes ready to be mailed but I’ve been holding off on mailing them because my Fiance hasn’t finished our wedding website yet. He should have it done by the end of the week

– I’m making coffee filter flowers for the tables as well as the bouquets. I’ve made 13 flowers and I need about 120. Yeah, I better get on that lol

– two of my bridesmaids got their dresses on Saturday. My Maid/Matron of Honor couldn’t come with us so she’s supposed to go to David’s Bridal to get her dress this week.

– I got my shoes and a clutch last week in the mail from Dessy.com

– I ordered a garter from Etsy last week. Waiting for it to arrive..

– we still don’t have the guys clothing picked out

– still need to pick out outfits for our ring bearers

– we need to get my FI’s ring

– I still need to figure out what I’m going to do with my hair and what jewelry I’ll wear

– We picked our officiant but he keeps bugging us about getting back to him with a plan for how we want the ceremony to go! We have to get back to him by next week.

– We haven’t registered anywhere yet

– Our venue has mismatched chairs so we need to either rent chairs or chair covers. I still need to look into options for that.

– I picked up an application for a marriage license so we can apply for that as early as March 9th.

I would also like to note that we only decided on our wedding date 2-3 weeks ago. Up until then we were planning on getting married at the end of September so I figured I had lots of time to get things done. Now, not so much! lol

Hey hey!! Today is THREE MONTHS to go!!!

This weekend we are going to do our menu update, get the information for the cake, get our rings, and finish our registry. Yess!!!

I emailed a local lady about helping us with custom invitations. She is going to contact me later this week to talk about where to go with them and I sent her a few samples of what I like. I need to drop off the dress to get altered and then I have to get a new strapless bra. OH GEEZE. So much to do!
