AHHHH!!!! This time in a month, we’ll be getting ready to walk down the aisle!
I’m excited/nervous/happy, all rolled into one. I’m excited and happy to marry my Fiance, to share the day with everyone, and to celebrate. I’m nervous that something will go wrong, or I’ll forget something, or I will trip, heading down the aisle.
I’m also very happy that summer vacation has started, so I have this entire month off before the wedding. My list just keeps growing and growing! These next 7 days will be crazy. I’m hitting the packing thing full force, we have our final shower, our second pre-cana class, meeting with our deacon and our officiant, and finally…heading to move Fiance back to our hometown! We only have four days of living apart left (he’ll be in town this weekend). Eeee!!!
How is everyone else doing?

I loved waking up to Fiance reminding me that today was one month! Honestly, I’m starting to feel quite a bit more panicked knowing that tomorrow will be LESS than a month away! Time to get focused and get these things done!

Ahhh, this post almost made me cry when I read it. I’m sooooo excited! Still have a lot left to do but I’m so ready to be married and not wedding planning! We got engaged July 23, so it will be exactly 11 months for us. Good luck with the rest of your planning ladies ๐

We got engaged in August 2010, so we’ve had around 22 months to plan. I remember seeing our countdown in the 600’s and thinking it would never get here!

Ahhh in so excited!! Less than a month girls!!!
I had a mini panick yesterday when at my second fitting and found out 4 of my 7 girls didn’t have appointments made, but via frantic text they all have them now. Still feel like there is a lot to do and now less than a month to do it, need to get my butt moving!
@keepsmiling19: Congrats on no longer living apart in3 days now! I can’t wait for that either! We finally moved our stuff intopure new place and he is living there but because of job I won’t be there until weget back from honeymoon so I am looking forward to that too!!

@goldengrlbride: Thank you! It will just be nice to be in the same city! Due to schedules, we are still apartment hunting. Our goal is to find one that first full week of June. I would love to be able to move in before the wedding, but it will probably be after the big day. I’m starting to feel a little stressed with everything we have to do! I can’t wait to set up our place…so fun! ๐

My fiance and I looked at each other speechless knowing that we have a month to go. I have a million things to still decide. I am going crazy. I don’t know how I will ever get it all done. We are driving from Maryland down to Daytona Beach where the wedding is taking place. I am afraid that we will forget something big, I can’t decide on the centerpieces because we are broke now so I don’t know if to do flowers because I am doing our bridal party flower stuff. SOOOOOOO CRAZYY!!! Realized that I still have to buy things and wondering why I left things to the last minute. I have to figure out the Out of Town bags too and the thank you letter and make the time line……..Crap.

@Saramina329: Hey, I saw these on pinterest and IMMEDIATELY had centerpiece regret. I think this could be so cost friendly yet beautiful for you!!!!! Stemless wine glasses from HomeGoods or something and I’m sure there are beautiful flowers in Daytona! Good luck with everything, and feel free to pick our brains!

I woke up today, realizing that I have one month to go, and kind of freaked out.
Our biggest remaining thing is figuring out the rehearsal dinner, which I am making Fiance do most of the work on (I am NOT making all the arrangments for that, too). But it’s in process, as of last night when we talked to the owner of the restaurant where Fiance wants to have it. I just don’t know what kind of budget Future Father-In-Law has in mind. But I’m trying to stay out of it!
Money in general is starting to feel very tight. I’m coming in under budget on a few things, and we’ve had so many declines that we’re under expected head count, which totally helps! But I’m checking the budget calculator obsessively.
I’m making headway on Out of Town guest bags – I have almost all the items but haven’t written the welcome note. Tomorrow I’m going to the Visitors Center to beg for local guidebooks and promotional knick knacks. I’m also going to work on my sash.
30 days is long enough to get it all done, right?
