Honestly…nothing! I think I may pick my 2 lbs weights up again a couple times this week, and then when we get to Philly next week it’s walking, walking, walking, but other than that…just chillin’ at the pool in my strapless suit! Oh, and tomorrow is my teeth whitening appointment.

I’m tanning to get rid of some tan lines and whitening my teeth. I’m also working out every day, not just to make sure I don’t gain weight but also to help decrease the stress! I’m trying to stick to the food plan I made on Saturday because I am a major stress eater and I’m trying to drink a certain amount of water. Oh, and I’m being extra good about my skin care routine (sometimes I slack a bit)!! It’s taking a lot of time but since everything else is pretty much done it feels good to keep busy!

2 workouts this week, tuesday and thursday, one of those may be a 2 mile run….nothing strenuous ๐Ÿ˜‰


back on my eating right after this past weekend (bacholorette party threw it way off lol)


Giving myself a manicure & pedi


haven’t decided if I’m going to color my hair or not, I just did it about 4-5 weeks ago and I normally wait until 6-7 weeks, so i might skip that just due to time issues.


Make sure I get enough rest, and no chocolate/sweets period!


oh and I will hit the tan bed at least once this week,…mainly because I’ll be in a swimsuit the day after and I don’t want to blind anyone with my white b*tt lol

1)  Eating as clean as possible and drinking lots of water

2)  Weekly spray tan

3)  Biweekly face mask from LUSH to even up my skin tone/exfoliate

4)  Exfoliate and moisturize my skin daily or every other day (focusing on back and shoulders)

5)  Chalean Extreme program to continue toning up my body

6)  My last hair appointment before the wedding is the 19th so I’ll have my hair trimmed and colored then.

7)  Buying teeth whitening strips today

Watching my junk intake, tanning, teeth whitening, working out religiously,  keeping up with my facials and that’s it!! I have been trying to to lose a few more pounds..scale won’t budge however My clothes finally fit me nicely and I’m stronger.  I am what I am;)

So much bath time

jet massages

exfoliate/scrub skin

lemon concoction for knees and underarms

Also lemon for whitening nails

at home deep conditioning 1x per week

glaze every 2weeks

layout every chance I get

MIA exfoliator 1x per week

Daily MAC face routine: includes deep cleanse, serum, lotion, and finishing spray

salicylic acid for my upper arms that started breaking out this year (really seeing a lot of improvement)

Will dye any greys (there aren’t many) a week before

Leg, underarm, and eyebrow wax 1 week before

bleach upper thigh hair (I don’t shave here)

mani/pedi the day before

skin brush daily

full body lotion application daily+

annndteeth whitening strips…maybe around the 2wk mark


Also we pretty much only eat wraps and sandwiches and don’t plan on any drastic diet changes or splurges for a couple of weeks

Zumba for fun

That Tracy anderson youtube video for arms, but I think it’s a little too late for that!



FYI almost everything I’m doing I learned here on the bee…When I’m exfoliating my knees I often think hey I never even knew I should worry about  my knees before WB haha!

Eh, pretty much the same as everyone else, though I still need to buy whitening strips.  

Does anyone know of a good sunless tanner – for really pale people?  I’d love to even out some slight tan lines, but often the lotions come out orange :/

I’m doing at home masks, exfoliating and moisturizing my body w/every shower

Eating cleaner, and not using any heat on my hair.

I’ll go for waxing, mani/pedi, and a massage all in the week before.

@MrsBeck:  Love your idea of working out every day to relieve stress. I am going inasne with work right now so I am adding this to my list of to-do’s! Not to try and lose weight, but just so I can start feeling better. 

Besides that, whitening trays as often as I can bear them, tanning as often as I can get time in the sun, and not buying ice cream to keep in the house until AFTER the wedding. ๐Ÿ™‚

Also went and got extensions this weekend to have done with the rest of my hair next week! It’s all coming too quickly!

@whammy:  Try Sally Hansen’s Airbrush Legs.  It’s not a self tanner, but more like body makeup.  I just used it this weekend all over my arms, chest and legs, it gave me nice, even color AND it didn’t rub off at all on the white cardigan I was wearing!

plus it goes on SO evenly, and you don’t have to worry about streaking or smelling weird!

oh, and to answer the original question:

I am doing the same as everyone else!

No carbs or sugar, lots of water! Tanning 2x a week, I’ve been using Crest Pro White toothpaste for a couple months, but I still may buy some strips!
