@ChuckNorris:  Ugh I’m terrified that it will end up being a cp. cautiously optimistic. I’ll repost pic when I’m home in a couple hours. I pasted it instead of uploading so I’ll fix it.

@ChuckNorris:  I actually asked DH if I should test this morning b/c of being 10 DPO and he of course said yes.  But I told him that as long as I’ve been trying, I don’t know what I’d do if it was a CP….I guess I am at that point where I’m scared to test.  DH told me yesterday he absolutely cannot wait to have kids with me….and how our kids will be super beautiful (like me) and super smart (like me) and super funny (like him.)  I told him I’m actually funnier than he is!

@iRun2004:  Congrats on your marathon!! That’s awesome. I ran my first half in Seattle in 2009 with my then bf/now hubby and had a blast. I hurt for DAYS after ha ha ha! Havent done another one since but do enjoy throwing on my runners and doing a 5km here and there. You have done a lot of them, correct? That’s so amazing.

I am in the same kind of mindset – if it’s a BFN at least I can drink as much as i want guilt free, enjoy it and prepare for AF sometime over the weekend/early next week. I just don’t know!!

@DiamondsandLace:  We are all rooting for you!! It sounds super promising!!!!!!

@ChuckNorris:  I can’t believe i’m 7DPO either!! Crazy – time has been flying! I actually have a dotted line for my O date, so I could be a couple days further ahead or behind. I had EWCM CD39 & CD40 with the same low temps CD41 and CD42 (exactly the same) before it spiked… so i am hoping i actually o’d on CD 41 or CD42 and not CD43 as indicated (we BD’d 38/39/40). Hard to tell I guess….  I think I might actually consult with DH this time and see what he wants to do.. if he wants me to test Sat AM maybe I will, if he wants to wait until i’m officiall “late” i can do that too. I never really tell him when i’m testing (at least i didn’t last cycle) so thinking maybe i’ll get his input?

With the pre-seed.. use it sparingly, it is like freaking super slippy and you dont need much. I used a very small glob (like, less than a penny sized glob on the end of a finger tip) and that was PLENTY! Be forewarned ha ha ha.

@texasbee:  OMG, 40 bottles!! WOW! I am super jealous. We are wine lovers too, we don’t drink it too often but enjoy buying our favorite bottles and having them there for when we do want them. Are you a red or white drinker?

I figure with all the waiting, I am not going to deprive myself of a cocktail here and there because we *might* be pregnant. Life is way too short. 🙂

@StaceyA:  The vintner we went to had a wine tasting last October.  His family has been in business for 400 years.  The wine was ridicously priced…$4-$8 per bottle.  He let us sample at least 20 different wines and then pulled out liquor.  It was fun.  My favorites are the sweet whites like reisling.  Red, I don’t mind but it gives me acid reflux bad.  I just looked in our recycling bin and we’ve had 5 bottles in 2 weeks.  I hope I get a BFP after that!!!!

@texasbee:  omg, reislings are my FAV!!! !I love the sweeter wines. I’m a sucker for a really nice ice wine after dinner sometimes too … you know, just a little sip. 😉

Great, now I feel like a glass of wine!

@StaceyA:  Thanks, definitely cheering for you too!!!

These symptoms are wild, but I’m trying not to get my hopes up. It’s really impossible for me to imagine getting a BFP.

Of course it’s all what you and hubby want to do, but my vote is for you to test on Sat. AM — I’ll hold out and test then too Smile

@texasbee:  That sounds like SO much fun — and your recycling bin sounds like mine!

@StaceyA:  Well I just got a call and my “temp” job (after 1 day of working) has now been offered to me as permanent….so I’m breaking open a bottle tonight to celebrate.

@DiamondsandLace:  Saturday is my expected AF date so I “may” hold out and test then with you guys.  There have been sooo many BFPs this month….I hope we can go out with a bang this month!

@texasbee:  Congratulations on your job!!! That’s awesome news.

And yes, I think three (or more?) BFPs on June 30th would be the right way to say farewell to June. That’s probably wishful thinking, but wouldn’t it be great?!? I hope we can all hold out until then.

Anyone else care to join in the POAS-mania on Saturday morning?

Hay hay hay!

Sounds like everyone has lots to chat about!

I wish I could pinpoint when I O’ed, but I’ve been symptom spotting like it’s my job.

1. Weird twingey pains that almost felt like early/mild AF symptoms last week.

2. A few hours worth of suuuuuuuper light spotting mid-cycle.

3. Thinking my boobs are looking bigger (not sore though).

4. I’m 100% emotionally off the deep end. I was weepy all weekend and I cried twice during an episode of freaking Chopped and once during an episode of Restaurant Impossible! DH was like 0_o

@MrsCarnival:  What’s your POAS date?

View original reply
@ChuckNorris:  I’m one of those people that strongly believes that the man upstairs only gives you what you can handle….my mom tells me that’s a lot apparently!  DH always tells me I’m the strongest woman he’s ever met…he doesn’t know how I do it.  Honestly I don’t know either!

@ChuckNorris:  Ehhhh maybe 7-8ish? I’m CD20 right now and I usually O on CD14-15. I watched the beginnigs of a fade-out on my OPKs starting on CD14 when I took my first one, so I’m thinking somewhere between CD10-13. I wasn’t temping (kicking myself) so I can’t be certain, but that’s my best guess.

@texasbee:  Based on my totally non-scientific observations, I would POAS somewhere between June 29th (14 “DPO”) and July 2nd (another 14 “DPO”).

Does that sound about right for everyone? The cramping/spotting would line up with implantation, but I didn’t put two and two together until a few days into my fade-out when I thought back to some of the things that had happened that I thought were weird, but didn’t take notice of at the time since I was convinced I hadn’t O’ed yet.

@MrsCarnival:  Wow those sound much better than my “symptoms”. FX for you!!!

So I am thinking I should probably wait until 10DPO (the 28th) to POAS. This is the first cycle where I have actually thought we might have timed things right …. I am going to be so disappointed if AF shows.
