@peanuthead:  It’s a little tricky to read without the circles connected but it looks good, your temps are down the past couple days so that is not always great, but it’s not bad! They are still above coverline so that’s good.

Otherwise, it’s a very pretty chart! Pretty clear temp shift after O πŸ™‚ Keeping fingers crossed you still get your BFP! If not, at least you are armed for next month! (ps, we love the pre-seed!!)

@luli29:  I’m so sorry. Not to be a Pollyanna, but non-implantation spotting can still occur in a pregnancy I think. Please don’t count yourself out yet — if diablo arrives, the July boards are super fun — but we’re not letting you get out of June that easily, lady! Hang in there.

@Mickey9998:  Boooo. Ice cream is the perfect remedy though. What’s your flavor? (my latest favorite is strawberry, but I’m a lifelong vanilla lover)

View original reply
@travellingfool:  Awww, adorable. I can’t imagine how DH will react, sooner or later, when I get a BFP. It’s going to be priceless.

@ctbridetobe:  Don’t be mad, we have ALL been there (some of us multiple times — ahem, I mean, maybe someone in this group has POAS at 7DPO in the past…) It’s SO hard when you have a test sitting around the house. I’m not buying one until Friday.

How is everyone feeling today? Can I have permission to keep symptom-spotting? This is so gross and Too Much Information, but I am extremely gassy. It started last night, and still going strong this morning. DH was like “what is WRONG with you?” because I’m always giving him a hard time about it, but I never fart (in front of him, hahaha). Last night though it just couldn’t be helped! Slightly nauseous again this morning, but nothing crazy. Boobs are sore. My favorite asian ginger dressing tasted horrible when I poured it on my salad while packing lunch (and we just bought it two days ago, so it’s fresh and usually delicious).

Anyone else having groundshaking gas? Sexy, kind of.

@DiamondsandLace:  The edited photo with the wondfo made me laugh hysterically, it’s perfect! We need to save that for future months! Sounds like you have some very promising symptoms! I literally don’t have any – feeling totally normal. Unfortunately I found myself becoming very short and snippy with hubby last night, which is pretty normal “pre-PMS” for me… it’s really sad when you KNOW you are being a total monster and yet can’t stop it! So, who knows. Still going to wait until Sat to test and we’ll see. Clearly not getting my hopes up. No sore boobs, no gas… no weird twinges… bah.

@ctbridetobe:  Don’t be upset with yourself! You waited until 10DPO, that’s pretty impressive!!

@luli29:  I was going to post last night asking where you were! Keep your chin up, you’re not out yet. πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚ FX it’s a false alarm!

@StaceyA:  All of my symptoms could really be anything — I have to write about them, because that (for me) is the only way to pass the TWW, but I’m certainly not expecting a BFP on Saturday. My hopes are up, I’ll admit that (though I’m trying to squash them down!) but I will be shocked if I really am pregnant.

In other news, I am driving DH up a wall. I demanded kindly requested a breakdown of all our monthly expenses and our monthly salaries (because I just got a promotion and then a more recent pay adjustment, so that’s helpful — but he handles the finances so I literally had no idea how much extra cash we had).

I’m discussing ad nauseum our options if I am pregnant right now — whether I’ll stay at my current job, or try to get my boss to agree to a job-share or an adjusted schedule (7-3:30 or something like that), or look for a part-time retail job so I have more flexibility, or what.

I really know how to have fun during the TWW, huh? Wink

@DiamondsandLace:  Dear God yes. I have heinous gas (sorry ladies, but it’s the truth) and I hope it doesn’t go on like this forever. It’s also been really hard to hide from DH because I am a shy tooter lol. I’ve either managed to hide it well or he’s just being nice and not saying anything. Your symptoms are sounding good! I’m hoping all my weird stuff adds up to a baby otherwise my body is just going haywire.

Had really sore boobs for a few hours last night, but that has since faded to a slight overall ache. Is it weird that I wish my boobs were sore? I swear I’d feel more convinced if they were. They only got sore after I took my bra off so I don’t know if it’s from that or from fluctuating hormones. I’m also thinking, and DH agrees, that they are looking bigger so I guess that’s nice as well πŸ˜€ No nausea or sensitivity to smells yet.

@StaceyA:  My sister didn’t have ANY symptoms leading up to her BFP so don’t count yourself out yet. Either way at least this wonky cycle is nearing an end. πŸ™‚

@MrsCarnival:  your symptoms are sounding great as well!! Man, I wish I had gas and sore boobs. LOL. Never thought I’d wish for that!! ha ha ha. When are you testing?

I wasn’t going to tell DH about testing Sat, wanted to surprise him (if it was a BFP of course). Last night he asked when we could find out, and i told him maybe on the weekend. He got all excited so i guess he’s in on the secret now. At least if it’s a BFN I can take a last minute run to the liqor store and get a giant stash of booze for the cottage this weekend to drown my sorrows LOL. Like I said, totally don’t feel any different so not that optomistic unless things change btwn now and then.

So, now 11 DPO and I’m totally freaked out about the idea of a chemical pregnancy since I tested so early.  I am trying not to obsess and stopped temping because I think it will make me neurotic.  I did test again this morning.  I woke up at 4:30 (what is with this waking up early?!) and thought I had to pee so I grabbed a test, hoping it would be suddenly really dark.  But I barely peed and it was really light pee unlike yesterday when it was dark and concentrated.  The line formed fairly quickly but light and I got all disappointed and worried that this was bad.  But when I compared it to yesterday’s I think it islittle bit darker.  Here is a pic. Bottom one is today’s.  That is a little bit darker right?  And darker is a good sign, right?  Thanks for reassuring!

@travellingfool:  It’s definitely darker! You are totally pregnant (still, LOL)!! Relax and ENJOY lady! Have you booked an appt to get your blood work done to confirm? That would be your next step I would think!

@StaceyA:  If you spend 5 minutes around me you would re-think that wish for gas like mine lol. For real…it’s borderline chemical warfare. I am planning on testing on Saturday with the rest of you! I’m not really certain when I O’ed, so Saturday seems as good a day as any.

DH doesn’t know that I plan on testing, and I don’t know if I will tell him or not. He leaves on Friday night for 6 weeks so he wouldn’t be around one way or the other. I think he’d be fine either way, but for some reason I really just want to get through this first cycle by myself. Weird I guess.

When did you finally O again? How many DPO is Saturday for you?

@travellingfool:  Girl that’s not even a squinter! That line is for sure darker…yay!

@StaceyA:  Ugh I tried, but the nurse said, “well didn’t you get a positive urine test?”  I said yeah and she said, “well then you’re pregnant! We’ll see you July 16th for your ultrasound.” Ah! July 16th is sooooo far!  Of course, we are leaving for Sweden a week from today so I couldn’t really go next week anyway.  But I don’t know why some doctors want a blood test and others don’t.

@MrsCarnival:  Thanks for the encouragement.  I’m just a worry-wart. I guess I expected it to be DARK or something.  I don’t know why. LOL

@travellingfool:  Countdown is on until that ultrasound!!! So exciting, it’s not too far away at all!! πŸ™‚

@MrsCarnival:  Sat will be roughly 12DPO. Figure if it’s a + or – it will likely be accurate of the final results either way… I O’d on CD43!! Brutal!!!!!! We BD’d CD38/39/40 and hoping we didn’t throw in the towel a day too early, but we may have. πŸ™

I committed a cardinal sin this morning … looked up the EDD based on my O date. I would be due on my sisters birthday!!!! Now I’m REALLY hoping for that BFP!! πŸ™‚ πŸ™  Shouldn’t have done that….

@travellingfool:  Woot for BFP’s and Sweden!! My DH and I did a cruise for our honeymoon and it ended in Stockholm. What an incredible city!!!!

@MrsCarnival:  LOL. My DH was watching (read: engrossed in) the college world series last night. I farted twice and each time he looked over at me and said “What?”. I looked and him and said “I didn’t say anything”. Amused.

@StaceyA:   Don’t even say it! I’m having some positive vibes for remains of the June ladies. I think we have got a few more BFP’s this month and I’m looking at YOU!!

I’m going nuts nuts nuts nuts over here. I was on vacation for the second half of my last TWW. I think that was much preferable and I should go on vacation again right now. Because lord knows I don’t feel like getting any work done.

8-ish DPO. Still hoping I make it to Thursday without seeing AF so that I can feel like my LP is moving in the right direction. Don’t feel the same nausea I felt yesterday. The only interesting thing is that I ALWAYS get obsessed with chocolate during the days leading up to AF and I haven’t wanted any yet. Very odd for me.

@travellingfool:  The second one is darker than the first, so looks promising. The 16th will come sooner than you think…hopefully!!
