Yay! I love checking out new blogs!
I started this wedding blog back in February when I got engaged! It’s started to become a little bit of a combination wedding & lifestyle blog, mainly about figuring out how to have our dream wedding on a miniscule budget! I usually try to blog 3-5 times per week.

Thank you for creating a blog for this. I do have a blog but it seems no one is reading them. I’m going to start more frequently once I hit the 400 days mark!

Hi there! I’m Nicole. My happy routines include yoga, drinking tea, painting, baking, and knitting, and that I’m pretty passionate about feminism, human rights, and vegetarianism. To hear more about things that fill my heart with joy and happiness (including the adventures I get myself into) check out these posts: The Natural Bridge, I like Turtles, Occupy D.C., and a little ditty about blue days for good measure: blue days.(that sad little journal actually brings me quite a bit of happiness)
And if you met me anytime within the past year, you’d know that I’m pretty happy, pretty lucky and pretty relieved to have planned the happiest wedding where I got to marry this adorable writer/educator/musician who we’ll call “B.”. If you want any wedding planning advice, some insight into what happens when you let wedding stress get the best of you, or a good story about the blizzard that almost ruined our big day, check out all of my crazy wedding blogposts.
What I really want you to know, though, is that I believe people are good. I think there is a lot of hate in this world and a lot of hurting and a lot of misunderstanding, but ultimately I believe that a chain of kindness can change lives over and over and over and I think that you can make an impact on everyone you talk to every day. I love people: smart people, kind people, funny people, all people. A lot of the reason that I have this positive outlook in life is because I have the kindest sister in the entire world. She inspires me to be a better person every day. If you want to read about the power of kindness and friendship and sisters and family and friendship, check out these posts: Wilmington, Find out who your friends are, Sisterly Love, and The Best Week Ever.
Thank you so much for stopping by the blog. I’d love to hear from you! Contact me.

I have a sewing blog, which I intended to be both sewing and other forms of crafting (knitting, soapmaking, etc) but has really mostly just been about sewing. 😛
I just finished making a loungewear wardrobe, and I’ll be working on the dresses for our engagement session soon! Well, maybe soon. 😉 Depends on whether I think I can get them done quickly (this month)…otherwise, I might be sewing them up in August for a September E-session.
I also just completed Me-Made-May, which is a challenge for sewists to wear at least one piece of clothing they’ve created themselves each day in May. Everyone can set up their own specific parameters, though, and I decided for my first time out to only do weekdays. 🙂
Anywho, here it is: The Sometimes Sewist

I have a wedding blog called Champagne and Paper Cups. We are 2 (TWO!) weeks away from the wedding so I am wrapping up some last minute details and will start recaps after we get back from the honeymoon! I try to post at least once per week and if you follow me, I will share the love and follow you back!

I just started a wedding-planning blog; I marked it private, so if you can’t/can see it, please let me know:
After this mid June, I should be able to get it going. 1st Day of Summer is still under construction!
