What is a “junior bride”?  I’ve really never heard this term before.

Pretty dress by the way.

I think the dress is really cute.  What is a junior bride?

I think the dress is pretty.  I would think about the rest of your wedding party.  If the other bridesmaids, junior bridesmaid, etc are wearing short dresses (tea or cocktail length, etc)  then it’s fine.  But if the rest of your wedding party if wearing long dresses, then she should have one too.

I like the dress, but IMO, the title is weird.  Also, being that you are having her wear a tiara, this dress seems very casual.  Just my thoughts.

I’m confused about the concept of “junior bride”.  Is she supposed to look like a mini you?  So you would have your own Mini Me? 😉  That’s actually a really cute idea, especially since you say you two are really close.  I like the dress, but it might be a bit casual especially since you said you want to put her in a tiara.  She’s 14- what about putting her in a gorgeous headband instead of a sparkly tiara?  That might make the whole look a little bit more grown up.  Something like this would be really beautiful AND she could wear it again

I am having a junior bridesmaid so you are not alone. My bridesmaids are Watters and Watters so they do have a complimentary junior bridesmaid line that I chose from.

I like the dress you pick, however I’m really not sure if it will be formal enough. Since you said tiara I am assuming that your wedding is a little more on the formal end where this dress would fit perfect for a casual beach wedding.

@PrncsDva- Do you have a picture of either your dress of bridesmaids gowns so we can help you find a complimentary jr. bridesmaid gown?

@PrncssDva…I am familiar with the term junior bride but I have never seen one over the age of maybe 8 or 9. I am going to throw something out there that I have seen in large wedding parties. Just like the Maid/Matron of Honor usually wears a different color of dress (maybe tweaked in little ways), why not have your younger sister wear the same dress as the other junior bridesmaids…just in a different color? Then you can use the tiara/headband and maybe a different bouquet to set her apart.
