We are doing Maui too for both our wedding and honeymoon.

We plan on doing the Feast at lele, the sunrise volcano, and mamas fish house for sure!

I am also interested in a day in Paia, maybe the ocean center, lavendar farm and maybe a surf lesson. We are staying near the Kapalua ziplines so we may try that too.

We are skipping hana, because it is long, and I get carsick. Plus september is the dry season for the waterfalls.

I did see an amazing helicopter tour that lands in a private taro plantation. So expensive, but looks amazing.

studentloansforlife :  I would strongly advise you reconsider skipping the road to Hana.  I get car sick too, but I’ve found that if I take the medicine and sit in the front seat, I do ok.  Also, there isn’t really a dry season there.  It pretty much rains every day on that side of the island.

The road to Hana is honestly the high point of Maui.  It’s not just the beautiful waterfalls, but there are amazing scenic views and the black sand beach close to Hana.
