I think all of my wedding planning/stalking online has paid off!!! Last night I was looking up gowns to show my Fiance and came accross this gown for $1.00! It is on a reputable site, all the other dresses around 600-1400! There was no picture of the dress but there was a stock number, I googled and it is an Angelina Faccenda by Mori Lee Julietta!! It is not my style exactly but it is a BEAUTIFUL dress!! For $1.00 who could pass this up?!?
Do you think the store will say no way and not sell it to me? Or since it was their error do you think they’ll sell it to me! The $1.00 and shipping already came out of my bank account and says PAID on my order status! Thoughts?!?
I’m crossing my fingers this is a sign everything will fall in to place for our Vegas wedding that’s on a budget!! 🙂

What’s the shipping cost? They might get you there. Also, could the dress be possibly damaged? What are the stats on it?

@futuremrsmw: Good luck! What a score that would be. Some companies honor their online mistakes (Delta Airlines recent prices) and some companies don’t (The Brick in Canada in the last week).
Let’s keep our fingers crossed for you.

What website was it from?

That would be the steal of the century (unless shipping is crazy.)
Fingers crossed for you!

From past experience, most companies will honour their mistake unless it’s unreasonable…hopefuly for your sake they just leave it and honour it! haha nice find!

I found a rin like that once. It was $4500.00 but marked $450.00. I snapped it up and got a confirmation email. The payment cleared and three days later I got an email saying they made a mistake and they were refunding me. They offered me a $50 coupon for my trouble. Lol.
I its too good to be true, it usually is. 🙁

Hopefully they honor it. If you were the only one who placed an order, or one of very few people, I think there would is a good chance that they will. But, if too many people placed an order, I think they might cancel it because they would be losing too much money. If they do cancel it hopefully they will give you some kind of percentage off coupon to ease the pain of not getting the deal of the century! Good luck! I hope it works out.

@julies1949: Thank you!! I would be THRILLED!!
@MoonlitMagnolia: It’s from cabridal.com and ironically I found this website a few months ago just from browsing and it happens to be in the city next to mine…what are the chances of that?!
@Mrs. Myrtle Beach: It would be the steal of the century!! We are on quite the budget so I am prayyying!! Shipping was only 20…that seems like a steal too 😉
@mumkin: Oh I am hoping!!
@MammaPants: $50 coupon for a 4500 ring….gee thanks! Lol shoot. I’m hoping that doesn’t happen! But I am preparing myself for that email lol

Considering they have multiple listings for products that have no picture and are set at $1.00, I would assume the listing is a placeholder for a product they no longer carry or have in stock.
It also says inventory updates in progress at the top.
