I’m on the east coast, and it’s 3am over here, but I’ve got prego insomnia. Can’t seem to get comfy, and doc tells me I shouldn’t be sleeping flat on my back at this point, but I’ve ended up flat on my back these past few nights without knowing it. I think the paranoia is keeping me up.
What’s keeping you up? Something weighing on your mind? Wedding stuff? Just a night owl?

I’m a night owl and there is a movie on tv that I’m watching 🙂 I’m also worried about school too

Crap. I didn’t realize it was 3am already. -_- I’m just surfing the internet and constantly refreshing this Weddingbee. 🙁

I’m an East Coaster too. My Darling Husband works 2nd shift (5:30PM–1:30AM) and doesn’t get home until about 2:30am… when we first moved in together, he would wake me up when he got home. Now my sleep schedule is all messed up, and I have trouble sleeping anytime before 4:00am…. It’s rough going when I have to be up early in the morning.
How does one go about changing their circadian rhythm back to a normal human being’s?

A client came in today and got me sick. After work I came home and took a four nap.
Ill be up until 6ish feeling crappy.

@StuporDuck: Yikes, that’s rough. I’d probably be inclined to stay up to hang out with the hubs too.
@MrsJenBee: LOL good to know I’m not the only one always hitting refresh.
@CamMaam: Aw *hugs* I really respect families of civic protectors and service men.

Just woke up, and going to work! We work between 2-7 am… we are a little late this morning but it’s okay because it’s the weekend.

I can’t sleep tonight because my boyfriend is out of town and I have a hard time sleeping without him. He’s been out of town a lot and during the week I am a little better but tonight I’ve tried everything I can think of to wind down. I think I will probably crash around 5 am and wake up at 10am…been through this before.

Well, SO took me to an amusement park and I rode a ton of roller coasters and ate some delicious BBQ that made my tummy feel pretty shitty later & it kind of ruined the sleeping mood for me.
But it’s okay, because I have Pink Floyd & the Bee keeping me company.
My life is riveting.
