Still not 100% sure either way what the craic is. I am a few days late, so today I did a test, we were both very excited. Now looking at the stick I don’t know it’s because we WANT to see a line we see one, or if there is a really really faint one there. I have a second stick, but think I’ll leave it a couple of days. I used the Predictor by Omega and wonder if anyone else had a similar issue with the line being very faint. http://www.predictor.be/uk/products/pregnancy_test.asp

Post a picture of it. I’m sure the bees won’t mind telling you if they see the line or not.

How long after you took the test is “now looking at the stick”? It could be an evaporation line that you are seeing. That’s why you shouldn’t read results after the time limit that is specified in the instructions for your HPT. I would test again tomorrow, and maybe use a digital test for that.

Post a pic! But for the record, a line is a line. My bfp was VERY light at first, but it was there.

Take a digital. I love how clear the results are, it’s either yes or no, you don’t have to guess whether you see a line or not.

I’ve tried to download but I’m having connection problems. Boo!! I spoke to my friend last night (nurse) and we did one together and it was exactly what
@AprilJo2011: said – an evaporation line after a certain point. She told me it was still early days and that I should re-do the test next week when I have 7 days delay. So hopefully I can get back to you with some exciting news soon! Although my friend (ever the logical force in my life) did tell me that the delay could be due to the stress of the wedding etc… so not to get my hopes up. Keep your fingers crossed for me!

Oh well! There’s always next month! Period stated last night -boo! But on the upside I can drink at my friend’s wedding in a few weeks time….
I really thought that was it, I mean I’m NEVER late! Anyway we’ve discussed last night about being a bit more pro with the whole TTC and not just leave it up to ragging away willy-nilly. Any tips?

@Cariad: I’m sorry to hear it! We always hope when things are late – totally natural. If you’re not already, I would suggest looking at charting & tracking your CM so that you can time your ovulation times well & know when things are looking good?
