I do the same thing! I usually end up doing it about two days a week. The first time I did it my legs were so sore pretty soon afterwards. I’m on the 2nd workout now and my arms are definitely sore after it. I’m not sure how well its really working though..

I just finished level one and started level two today….much harder but great! Congrats on finishing….what kind of results did you see?

I’ve been doing it for about 3 1/2 weeks and I’ve lost about 7 pounds, but even more so with inches (I haven’t measured lately, but my clothes are much looser). My mom noticed a difference after 2 weeks, and she never notices when I lose weight.

@Mrs.tobe: Jillian Michael’s specializes in a “3-2-1” method. It’s three circuits, with each circuit containing 3 minutes of weights, 2 minutes and cardio and 1 minute of abs. With the warm up and cool down it’s about 20 minutes. She has 3 levels on her 30 Day Shred DVD and you can go about it at your own pace and “skill” level. I honestly think level 2 is way harder than level 3 though.

@Mrs.tobe: Yea, but it’s great for you. At first you might be like wtf, I can’t do this. But if you take it day by day you will get stronger and you will build your endurance and you’ll feel amazing! She is notoriously tough, but it really works if you’re willing to put in the effort!

I did the my first and last try Monday night. I’m just now able to really walk without wimpering. My thighs hurt so bad!!!! Kuddos to anyone who can get through it!!
