and omg it kicked my bootay!
I followed the “modified” girl the whole time, and sucked at doing pushups and the ab workouts
Maybe I’m not fit enough to do this workout yet. I finished and didn’t give up, but I felt like I was kidding myself
Was it hard for anyone else?

The first day I did it it killed me, I promise it gets easier after about day three! Just do it was best you can and stick with it!

I did shred it with weights last year and I had to do “modified girl” too. I’m guessing most people have to! It kicked my booty. It does get easier!

Oh yes, day 3 is the hardest, IMO. That’s when I always used to quit, I could not take the pain. This time I powered through, and I’m on day 12 now, level 2. Level 2 is the absolute worst, but it REALLY does make a difference, if nothing else, then in your strength. Keep at it!
