I created it using the presentation function in google documents. When I send the email there is a blurb that says “We’re getting married on December 30th, 2010 and have chosen a quaint bed and breakfast in XXX Louisiana to exchange our vows. We look forward to celebrating with you!” The pictures are from the bed and breakfast and actual locations. On the accommodation page there are links directly to the hotels’ websites so that they can reserve rooms, etc. We also have links to our registry and the last page is a link for folks to email us their mailing info as well as telephone number..

definitley wait till you have reserved!!!!!!
We have had so many hiccups with our venue, that i cant print out our invites yet. 🙁 boo!
You never know what could happen.
We booked a b & b, confirmed it and went to go pay deposit. During that time the husband died and the lady is now selling the business and cant do our wedding.

@ccrane: omg that is terrible!!!! i’ll definitely wait to the end of the month then (it’s secretly one of the reasons why i waited to purchase the dress. i definitely believe i should have a place to wear it first lol!!)

Crebre – definitely a bad situation
nothing worse than thinking you have a venue and then you dont!

@ccrane: glad that things have worked themselves out!! we have to view the venue etc, but i am 99.9% sure that we are going with it because we were given a fantastic rate because our wedding is in the off season.
