Only 1/2 an energy drink or caffeinated soda per shift if I’m really struggling to stay awake (I work 7p-7a, and find 3-5am to be the biggest hurdle if I didn’t sleep enough the day prior). I also try to not have anything after 4:30am because then I usually can’t fall right to sleep when I get home and it screws my entire day up.
Otherwise, not much.. maybe a medium iced coffee on my first day off if I’ve only had a short nap right after work and need to get myself to wake up for the rest of the day (ie home and asleep around 8:30am but up at 11:30am and need to stay awake another 10-12 hours)

I think I would shrivel up and die at my desk if it wasn’t for the office Keurig. I usually drink 1-2 cups in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. Somedays I just have one in the morning, but that’s rare. I. need. it.

I usually have 1 regular cup of coffee, and then 2-3 decafs after that. My work has a keurig, so we have a few different varieties. I cant usually drink more than 1 regular cup, or I start to get shakey lol.
On the weekend I rarely drink coffee. Too much work to make it mysefl lol.

I was drinking 2-4 coffees per day and started to get terrible headaches on days when I was busy and forgot my coffee. I HATED that, so I switched to one cup of coffee in the morning and one cup of tea in the afternoon. I never did any caffeine at all before I started grad school, and now I can’t even imagine that!

desertgypsy : yay for spark!! I love to see other advocare users on here!!
I sometimes have 1 spark, I don’t need it every single day. Sometimes in the afternoon I will have 1 slim, that has the same amount of caffeine as spark. My Darling Husband drinks 1-3 sparks a day, depending on the day lol. He said it makes him a nicer person with customers haha.

namsayin : I’m Italian, so I love coffee.
And I’m a teacher, so I need plenty. 🙂
I normally have 2-3 cups a day.

1-2 travel mugs of green tea (so 3-4 cups?).
I can’t stand coffee, and I’ve recently weaned myself down from regular tea to green tea. However, I still drink a cup of reg. tea on the weekends, usually.

I have a 10oz coffee as I’m driving into work and that usually does it for me. I used to get another at lunch but caffeine always makes me have to pee, so I’d end up uncomfortably trying to hold it on my 1.5hr commute home!

16 oz of coffee between 9am and 2pm. Maybe twice a month I will have more than that.

Zero, never got into the coffee/tea habit as a teenager and am pretty terrified to start one now. I do sometimes get the yawnies in the morning or after lunch, but I deal with it by starting work later in the morning than most people. Trying to get more sleep…

No caffeine for me! My body can’t handle it. If I had a cup of coffee at 8 in the morning, I wouldn’t be able to sleep that night. I know that sounds crazy, but it is what it is.

I usually have at least 1 energy drink a day and sometimes a caffeine pill for a pick me up. I also drink a pre workout before going to the gym. I’d say 200-450mg of caffeine a day.

I have two big cups of coffee a day! I used to drink energy drinks when I was at uni hehe. I would like to wean down, but I do love coffee. Especially in cold weather! xo

I make a double shot cappuccino in the mornings, but other than that, I usually don’t have anything else but water the rest of the day. Every once in a while I’ll splurge and get a frappiccino during the day or have an small cup after dinner out, but that’s not often.
