namsayin :  I have way too much. When I’m in the office, 3 travel mugs plus a normal mug full on some days. I tend to have less when I work from home.

I’m weaning myself off of coffee. I’m a teacher who doesn’t get enough sleep, which I’m also trying to change. For the past 3 years, I drank a mug (16 oz.) every weekday and sometimes more than that. I recently started getting headaches on weekends, which I’m attributing to caffeine addiction since I don’t drink any caffeine on weekends. Over the past 2 weeks, I’ve cut back to a mug every other weekday and have gotten at least 6 hours of sleep each night. I actually have been feeling MUCH better and more alert. My goal is to cut down to just once a week as a Monday morning treat and getting at least 6.5 hours of sleep a night, starting the week after spring break (the week of April 7).

None. Never have. I actually drink one cup of decaf every morning because I like the taste. I’m naturally wound up no need for extra. Caffeine gives me anxiety attacks 🙁

No caffeine for me. Just water and some days an acai smoothie.

I work 9-6 so usually 1-2 cups of coffee between 9 and 11am. Rarely I’ll go out and get an iced coffee in the afternoon if I’m really dragging. I never drink energy drinks or tea. Ive been pretty bad about needing coffee to function at the start of my day lately but I guess there’s worse things

I drink about 1 and a half cups each day. I enjoy the taste in the morning, but I don’t think it actually does much to wake me up. I like coffee enough to have a cup in the morning, but not enough to sip on all day.

I drink espresso drinks (or straight) and make it at home, I need at least 4 shots before I feel anything so I always order or make 5. Baristas look at me like I’m crazy. I’m trying to wean off though since we’re TTC and I can’t drink like that in pregnancy. I have lots of Diet Coke throughout the day also.

Generally I’ll have 2 cups at home before work and then water the rest of the day.  I don’t drink soda anymore, so when the weather is nice I’ll sometimes get an iced coffee in the afternoon as a treat/pick me up. I don’t necessarily need the caffeine, I just love the taste.

2-3 large (like 16oz) cups daily. I have an office job and work 8-5, but also travel a LOT, hop time zones, have busy days onsite, etc. I get headaches if I don’t have enough coffee :/

namsayin :  I usually drink one cup of coffee in the morning. However, that’s more like half a cup of coffee with half a cup of milk.

None! I never developed a taste for coffee, and caffeine in general makes it hard for me to sleep a lot of times. Even when I was working excessively long hours, I still didn’t do caffeine. I drank lots of water.

Well I work at Starbucks and I wake up at 4am and work a full shift 4:30-1 then I go to classes afterward.

So I guess the answer is I pretty much drink as much caffeine as I can. The doubleshot on ice doesn’t even do anything for me anymore. My go-to is iced coffee but I also drink tea and tea lattes, sometimes a hot vanilla latte when it’s really cold.

I was never a coffee drinker, even throughout grad school, but once I hit 25 I pretty much need it in the morning. I’m good after 2 cups, then I don’t drink any throughout the day. Though if I want to, I can – I can literally drink coffee at 10pm and be passed out by 11. It’s probably not natural.

I’m a serious caffeine junkie and drink it throughout the entire day every day in various forms…coffee, soda, iced and hot tea. I never do energy drinks or shots however, just good old traditional caffeine 🙂
