Admit it. You love your fiance, but there is at least one thing about him that drives you up a wall. Nobody is perfect, so that’s fine.
What is the thing that drives you batshit insane? Come on, admit it!
I have several, but tonight the biggest one is that he does NOT know how to be sick. Instead of lying down and resting like a normal person, he’ll bitch, moan and have a serious attitude problem as though it is everyone else’s fault!

My Darling Husband chews loudly. Like, insanely loud. I asked why, and now he is self concious at times. I can tell he is trying to be quiet, but it is impossible! He’s so cute though…

He always dries his hands on the bath towels (hung over the shower curtain rod). We have freaking hand towels! He did explain to me, though, that growing up, the hand towel in their bathroom was decorative ONLY, so they dried their hands on a bath towel. STILL.

My Fiance is addicted to drinking diet soda, and leaves soda cans all over the apartment. It drives me NUTS!

Mine washes his hands at the kitchen sink and instead of drying them he shakes them off so there are water drops everywhere.

Mine NEVER closes the cabinets when he’s done in the kitchen. Drives me bonkers

He uses about a million pots, spoons and plates when cooking! It takes us forever to clean up if he’s been cooking haha!!

– My fiance doesn’t know how to be sick either! And he leaves his soda cans everywhere!
Also, he takes his socks off after work and they never get picked up….I am always picking up socks out of our living room.

He doesn’t seem to understand that piling dishes in the sink for three weeks a time is NOT ok. For some reason he thinks this is better then what he used to do which was just leave them on the coffee table.
Eventually I’ll get him trained to rinse them and put them in the dishwasher.

@cirk: Thats better then my fiance who was raised to put them on the counter next to the sink after rinsing them! His sister stayed with us and did the same thing!

His wardrobe consists entirely of dark-colored t-shirts and jeans. He’s like a cartoon character with the same outfit every day, haha.

@vorpalette: Mine wipes his mouth on the bath towels after brushing his teeth and there will still be toothpaste gunk around his mouth so it makes the towel crusty! Gross!
I’d complain about him eating/chewing loudly, but that annoys me with everyone, not just him.

a. He spends FAR too much time on his damn hair and always jokes about how amazing his hair is and it’s annoying.
b. He is a whiney baby, LOL. He is like a child when he has a bad day!

@jlpalumbo: He does that too! He’s really bad at piling dishes. And then when it starts to smell, I have to go ‘digging’ through the gross dishes for the food he’s left in them that have started to mold.
Ugh. I hate it. I tried not touching his dishes, and then we ran out of dishes, our sink was full and our apartment started to stink. I just couldn’t live with it. If you figure out how to untrain bad dish habits, let me know!

My FH also doesn’t know how to be sick. He once attempted to work a nine hour shift with the flu. Needless to say he made it about two hours before his boss saw him and he got sent home. Even after he got home he wanted to clean and fix stuff. Nor did he want to go to the doctor.
FH also can not sit still. He fidgets constantly. It’s really annoying when I’m trying to sleep and he’s wiggling his foot or something.
FH also wakes up at the crack of dawn. He needs hardly any sleep, which is great, but I need sleep and I like to sleep in. FH gets out rather violently (he also gets into bed rather violently as well) and since he can’t stand to not be doing something, he usually wakes me up too so he doesn’t have to be awake alone for a few hours.
