Books! Old books, new books wet books… Also, slightly rotten oranges & old orange peels. The school bus I grew up riding always seemed to smell of rotten oranges and I would read a lot, and the scent memory of my 2 hours a day on that bus of reading my favorite books is really strong.

My husband thinks I’m nuts, but I love the smell of my hamster. When he’s running on the wheel it gets more intense and I just love smelling him!

I like the smell of dirt. And manure. I grew up on a farm and it always reminds me of my childhood.

Ahhh I love the smell of a clean hamster! Fiance used to use a deoderant that made him smell just like a clean hamster, I looooved snuggling when he wore it haha.
I just love the smell of FI’s body, both when he’s just showered and when he’s been working out. Can’t really think of anything else that’s weird.

Lol! A deodorant! That’s too funny. I wish I could snuggle with mine. He’s tiny, a robo dwarf, and too fast!

I traveled a lot as a kid too and also love the “hotel smell”. Even though my husband has stayed in hotels before, he doesn’t know what the hell I mean by that.

Fresh cut grass, Gasoline (Gross), rain in the summertime!

Garlic, permanent markers, gasoline, whatever chlorine stuff they use in water at theme parks (I love the scent, and one time I accidentally got some Dawn dish liquid in the sink I’d just bleached and it produced that scent. But I try not to do it often because it specifically says on the bottle not to =/), hotel is one of my all-time favorites and I have looked everywhere for some kind of hotel spray for my house, DH’s natural scent.

Anything that smells clean, clean laundry, clean clothes, bleach, cleaning products, permanent markers, wood chips, fresh cut grass.

I actually do too… I grew up taking riding lessons and I just love the smell of a good barn.

I also like the smell of bleach, if it’s not too strong. It smells nice and clean.
Now here’s a weird one: I love the smell of baby chicks when they’re growing their first feathers, or of hens when they’re growing new feathers after their fall molt. It’s a lovely, sweet, spring-like smell. Yup, I had pet chickens growing up, and when I’m done with grad school will be getting some of my own finally. 🙂
