My dream dress was the Pronovias Pergola, but it had been discontinued at my boutique as the 2013 dresses were coming in :(( They had it for me to try on but I would not have been able to make an order! They didn’t have the bolero anyway, someone had bought it as a sample….. boooo!

My dress is the Pronovias Alcanar! Much softer lace and love the airy floaty feel of the tulle bottom!!!

Dream dresses:

Never tried this one on, it was over budget, but I swoon every time I see it:

Did try this one on, wasn’t as flattering in the waist as I would’ve liked, but I adored the detailing:

My dream dress would have looked something like this (gorgeous lace, open back):

or a lace dress with an illusion back/neckline but these styles aren’t available here.

So I ended up with this (lace mermaid Pronovias):

Great thread!

This was my dream dress – Elie Saab for Pronovias (7K+!)

I love the thick straps, the square neckline, and the flowy chiffon!  Gorgeous, but WAY over budget!

And then here is my dress (sample size):

Pretty different in the bodice, but it has the lovely flowy skirt, and it just felt like it was made for me!

Dream dress, Elie Saab. No idea of the cost, but in the multi-thousands.

My dress: handmade, about $200 in supplies.
