I like the pictures of the shoes but I do know what you mean…I think they look nice but I’m not sure what I would do with them. I guess it would look pretty silly to have a picture of shoes hanging on my wall…

I would totally hang a picture of our shoes on the wall :). But then again, I have a tattoo on my foot so maybe it’s different?

What I don’t get is why all the bridesmaid gifts sold on The Knot and places like that are monogrammed? I like the idea to personalize it, and I do think it’s cute, but what is it about weddings that brings out the monograms?

I like the idea of your tattooed foot with the cute shoe! I feel like that makes it way more artsy ๐Ÿ™‚

I don’t really get the new trend of taking pictures of the bride’s “bouquet” that focus on the bouquet, but capture her bust and chop off her head.  Looks like you’re trying to ogle the bride’s boobies lol

Headless photos.

Peacock feathers as decorations.  Especially on a table where food is going to be served…I wouldn’t but a big pile of my dog’s hair on my table, and so don’t see  how a feather is any different.

Flower girls dressed up in mini bridal gowns.  Little girls should be little girls.

@Beesgf: No one’s offended! I just happened to really like my feet, lol. This is a great thread :).

And I am so with you, BaileyH on the flasks! Weddings don’t say “spike your drink in the bathroom secretly” to me :).

I didnt used to like hanging dress photos but then I decided I wanted them because it really shows off my dress very well and the lighting in it is really cool! Also, we didnt take any pictures of our shoes (we did for our engagement pics because our wedding colors were inspired by DHs green and yellow pumas!) but the photographer did take a lot of pictures of my blue toe nails!!! I will definitely include one picture in our weddding album because that was a part of my something blue!

I also dont really like the ball and chain cake toppers….its not funny….maybe at the bachlorette/stagette but at your wedding day?!! Why you do you want to promote that you are a ball buster and the groom is a shmuck?!! I dont get it.
