DaniGirl03 :  hahah the older i get the more i turn into my mom and the less I mind it….LOL. Turns out my mom knew what she was talking about!!

Im currently 19 weeks and I have all these lovely ideas but I am surea t some point I’ll break all my rules and feed my kid piles of sugar and allow screen time, lol.

queenester :  definitely screen time. I told my husband I didn’t even want her in the same room as a playing television until she was 2 years old. HA! Mama can’t handle cluster feeding without netflix. I do still turn the TV off a lot because she’s starting to notice it but I’m less militant than I used to be.

Everything😂 I always knew I wanted to breast feed which I still do now at 12months but also added formula as I had no idea how full on it would be.

I was going to be one of those mums who can still go out, do stuff etc. No way, my baby needs routine, being home, hates noises, other people.

i worried about sids so was going to use a bassinet. Turns out my child would only sleep with us from birth so is still in our bed.

I was not going to allow screen time but it’s my only break to get stuff done so the wiggles are everything in this house.

I was only going to introduce  healthy food, my baby is the fussiest eater and basically eats nothing. If she wants hot chips then let her eat it so she has something in her belly.

I was a perfect parent to my imaginary child but once the real thing comes along it’s very different haha. The only consistent thing was I knew I would never leave my baby to Cry it out and always respond to her which is something i’ve always done.
