I freaking love Vienna sausages.  I recognize that they are objectively revolting (especially the jelly they come in) but I’ve loved them since I was a kid.  I limit myself and don’t indulge too often, and never in front of anyone because the way that I eat them is especially gross haha

It’s considered completely normal in my family to sprinkle salt on watermelon, so I didn’t realize that could ever be weird until high school. I still get funny looks though, even from my family, for dipping my apple slices in yellow mustard or Frank’s hot sauce. Of course it sounds gross, but like cheez-its and grapes, or potato chips and chocolate, they just compliment the heck out of each other.

Yippin hot sauce – it’s that red hot sauce you get in packets at Chinese food take out. I LOVE it and hoard packets of it because I put it on everything – Chinese food, steaks, seafood, roasted veggies, pizza crusts, oh yes.

Whipped cream, heavy whipping cream, whole milk! I can’t get enough of the plain creaminess, it’s so good! I limit myself to whip cream on my coffees though, I know it’s so much fat/sugar *look of shame* and my other weakness: chocolate … I’ll even sometimes indulge in plain chocolate chips if that’s the only sweet thing in the house!

It’s not all that weird but I get some looks when I order it sometimes- I love love love uni– sea urchin nigiri. It looks like the texture of a tongue, is actually the texture of jello, has the color of a breastfed baby’s shit and the flavor is interesting and earthy..

yum – might have to make a run for lunch tomorrow.
