Jamie from Outlander. In looks, personality and even some of the stuff he goes through. It’s a bit creepy actually.

Logan Huntzberger from Gilmore Girls. Not so much in personality, but definitely in looks (except my husband has blue eyes and definitely does not have those ever-so-slightly frosted tips in his hair). Same height, same build, similar facial features…one of my friends even texted me just to tell me that! Watching A Year in the Life was pretty hard for me while we were still long distance, haha.

Our personalities match these two quite well:

Arthur Weasley. Mostly because of his wacky job, but there’s a bit of a resemblance too ☺

Well not everything about him, but his job doesn’t inspire him. I’d love to see him find his passion for work like he has for me!  He so intelligent and funny, he deserves more than what he’s getting at his current job.

Heisenburg from Breaking Bad.

My husband is bald with glasses. He’s also a brilliant science geek who is very introverted.

Like Heisenburg, my husband is a quiet badass who manages to silently command respect whereever he goes. It’s sexy as hell.

He used to identify with Nick Miller from New Girl a lot, but he’s a bit more put together now. Devastatingly, he has pointed out that I am very much Linda from Bob’s Burgers, when I always thought I was Louise. 😂 He is kind of like Bob, so at least that works.

I would say a bit of The Narrator and Marla Singer from Fight Club along with Tulip and Jesse Custer from Preacher

Not the most romantic comparison but while we are super mushy and romantic, we have also known each other for 21 years and dating for just under a year now….we are weird and I am a bit dark and I love that about us.

Somewhere between Harry Goldenblatt (Sex and the City), Larry David (Curb Your Enthusiasm), and The Zohan

Personality-wise, definitely Ben Wyatt from Parks and Recreation. They share a lot of the same interests (Settlers of Catan, Game of Thrones, etc), they have kind of the same sense of humor, my Fiance also loves financial stuff and gets excited about budgets lol, they both always want to believe the best in people, they can both be silly, they’re both bad at speaking in public lol. I’d say my Fiance is a bit more open about his silliness from the get-go though.

Looks-wise, the closest I can think of at the moment is Jon Snow from Game of Thrones. My Fiance is half-Filipino (other half is Lebanese and German), though, and his hair is shorter and darker.

Hear me out… a combination of The Hulk/Bruce Banner and Beast from Beauty & The Beast LOL.

Beast because he’s big, hairy and loud, he can seem a bit intimidating and harsh to those who don’t know him.. but when you dig below the surface, or rather, when he actually lets people get to know him, he is such a gentle giant. A lot of the way he presents himself is a self-protection thing, because it was his way of coping during his absolutely awful childhood/teenage years.. put walls up, don’t let anyone think they are getting to you etc. Thankfully, as he has grown older and has done a lot of work on his emotional development, he is a lot less angry, he allows himself to feel and to express those feelings rather than bottle up.. and nowadays he is a beautiful, sensitive, gentle man.

And The Hulk/Bruce Banner, because he sort of tends to keep himself a bit separate from the group at first, but then eventually does become a vital part. He has a sarcastic sense of humour, he is very interested in sciencey stuff, and he has taken a long time to work out how best to handle his emotions, particularly RAAAAGE. That said, unlike The Hulk, he has never been violent (he spent much of his childhood & teenage years protecting his mother from the violence of his stepfather, and he is disgusted by the mere thought of violence).

I do love my hairy big Beast Hulk lol x
