We had chicken wings and homemade french fries (love my new mandolin slicer!) with a greek salad. Not very healthy at all but whatever, we were busy with chores all day.

It’s breakfast time over here. We’re having hard boiled eggs and some home made protein muffins I made. MUST LOSE 5 POUNDS!

The same thing we had for breakfast  — pumpkin pancakes with maple syrup and cream cheese glaze drizzled across the top. To die for!

We’re having chicken enchilada soup.  Got home this morning from working a 13.5hr shift (damn you day light savings!) and threw ingredients in the crockpot in my half awake state.  Now we have a delicious dinner ready when I woke up 🙂

LOVE this thread to see all the different foods everyone is eating.  We had Chickie and Pete’s.  The #1 rated sports bar in North America, per ESPN LOL  .. I had South Philly cheesesteak with crabby fries and a Octoberfest Sam Adams.  Happy belly !!!

We made banh bot loc which is a Vietnamese dumpling made with tapioca flour without shrimp. Then used the same filling to make won tons for won ton soup. Then I also tried baking some of the won tons to see how it would end up. Still need to adjust baking temps and time on it. We also prepped tofu for tommorrow dinner. Plain deep fried tofu for me to dip with soy sauce and black pepper but deep fried and stuffed with pork paste for tomorrow dinner.

Just some Progresso soup for me, not much of an appetite. My fiancé (we don’t live together) is making some crock pot stew…yum! I love fall/winter comfort foods.

Homemade lasagna….OK, OK, with oven-ready noodles and jarred sauce. But I put it together at least!

@Eckle:  I would like the baignan bartha and potato leek soup!

It’s been a very lazy (and yummy) weekend for us. Friday we ordered pizza, last night we went out for Mexican, tonight I made linguini and heated up some homemade pasta sauce I had in the freezer.
