I’m not pregnant but I was craving Mac and cheese, maybe because I was home (mom’s house) for thanksgiving and I just felt like a child again sans the mac and cheese that’s why I was craving it so I made myself some mac and cheese today.

Today is an easy meal day.  I’ve been having horrible stomach aches the past few days (DH wanted me to go to the ER on Sunday), so I’m just going to make mac ‘n cheese with tuna.  Luckily Darling Husband LOVES it.

Mmmm…sounds delicious!  I’m having a protein bar, glass of unsweetened almond milk, and a veggie of some sort (probably steamed cauliflower).  Not very tasty I know but my dress fitting is in exactly 3 weeks and I am trying to lose 7 more pounds!

Leftovers. We have chicken divan and Thanksgiving meals to pick from, and a variety of little snacks to add. It’s like a buffet when we come home from family events 🙂

We’re going away for a very long weekend on Thursday and we’re out for dinner tomorrow, so we cleared out the fridge and had a spicy pasta dish with lots of vegetables and cubed pancetta.

Leftover butternut squash lasagne. Unless the roommate decides she wants to cook.

@Fall_In_Love22:  Aww, I hope you feel better or at least that you’re able to go to the hospital and get it sorted out!!

I’m so jealous of y’all: I’m in my last semester of undergrad and live on campus, so even though I love to cook I’m stuck on a meal plan where, thanks to my wheat allergy, I can eat hardly anything 🙁 (only 3 weeks left, thank goodness!!) I just checked the dining schedule, and luckily they’re actually serving something they make fairly decently: italian sausage and peppers, and also roasted red potatoes.

A short rib shepards pie.  It’s a perfect evening for a comfort meal.

Tacos! Had a craving on the weekend but we were too lazy to go get groceries (needed ground beef) until last night.
