Well, my fiance is in the field for the week (military) so I just made dinner for myself =(  I had some chicken fillets so I pan fryed those and topped them with roasted corn and bell peppers.  Served with a stemed brocolli/pasta mix, salad and a roll.  oh–and sweet tea =)  I feel kinda bad that I had a yummy dinner knowing my poor fiance is in the heat eating an MREf =(  Maybe I’ll cook it for him again when he gets home!

Too hot to really want to eat, let alone cook, so the Fiance is bringing a pizza home from work.

Salad with grilled chicken, fresh pineapple, and some rice pilaf. It was “what’s about to go bad in the fridge?” night lol
