An english muffin with peanut butter, sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. And some Rainier cherries on the side. I didn’t have my usual tea because my milk was sour. Too bad I didn’t realize that before I tasted it, ewww.

@prettypincushion:  I would check to make sure eating yogurt was ok with that antibiotic.  Yogurt contains probiotics that can reduce the efficiency of the antibiotics.  Usually you can have yogurt 3 hours before or after, but with the medication.  Also, certain antibiotics are messed up by the consumption of any calcium, which means no dairy at all within 3 hours.

I had half a grapefruit.  Not on a diet, I just wanted one.  But the damn thing was more sour than usual, or I would’ve eaten it all.
