Mine is probably a bit polarising, but it’s laziness. I don’t mean like you have a day by the TV once in a while; more like you can’t adult in your spare time. Free time does not equal no responsibility.

That probably stems from my weird turn in, which is DIY. If my Darling Husband does DIY, I literally want to rip his clothes off

DogsAndWine :  also yes, smoking. Bleugh

Beyond the obvious (lacking manners or respect towards others, lacking cleanliness, laziness, etc), I would pass on:

Picky eater men

Incurious men

Men disinterested in travel

Men into Disney

1. Not liking dogs

2. Not liking cats

3. Not liking condoms

4. Not liking vaccines

Pretty much in that order, to be honest.

somathemagical :  Bad table manners! I can’t stand it in regular people–I definitely couldn’t stand it in a partner. The noise of people chewing with their mouth open just makes me want to gag, hahaha.

Men who wear skinny jeans. Just no.

Chewing loudly, with your mouth open, will send me running to the hills screaming. 🙂

I pretty much agree with everyone else!

~ guys with no work ethic, gum chewers, smokers, those with bad manners, guys that are cocky or arrogant, etc. JUST GROSS!!!

The thing that drives me the MOST crazy is a guy who doesn’t keep his living quarters clean. When I was younger, I recall going to a guy’s house that was really messy (dishes in sink, etc). He lived with roomates but his bedroom was also really messy. How damn hard is it to put your clothes in a hamper rather than on the floor??  And why can’t you rinse your own toothpaste slobber our of the sink? I just KNEW that I would never get more serious with a guy who didn’t live in a relatively clean place- bc if I did? I WOULD HAVE TO BE THE ONE THAT CLEANS IT! Not a chance on that!

My recent pet peeve is a guy that spends all his time on his phone or on video games. I hate it.  why ask someone to get together with you if all you are going to do is text others? or play a game on your phone? You can’t do that once you get home? People seem really addicted to their screens these days at the expense of contact with others. I hate that!

wildflowerz :  I agree with picky eater men. I’m sooooo ridiculously picky with food and if my husband were that way I don’t know how we would surivive.

Neglected personal appearance. Like, I plucked my eyebrows into oblivion to look beautiful for you and you can’t even take a shower and put on a decent shirt???

I can’t stand cheap people and money whiners. If you can’t afford to  do something then don’t go out, but don’t have others spring for you all the time. I also really hate bad dental hygiene, people that haven’t stepped into a dental office in a decade 😐

People who are disrespectful to those serving them. How you treat those people tells a lot, IMO.

Also, people who use drugs recreationally. It just isn’t something I can get on board with past your early 20’s.
