ddsbride :  They did tell me during an ultrasound, but I think I asked about it because I had read about it on here, lol!

strawberrybee9 : I was sure at 18 weeks that I could feel flutters. At that point I often had movements mid morning whilst sat at my desk at work.

I’m 24 weeks and I also have anterior placenta. Nothing yet. I had an ultrasound Thursday and they assured me baby boy is wiggling around.

Im 20wk at 17wk I felt a “swoosh” feeling and flip flop in my lower abdomen but then nothing again like that. What I have been feeling since is a “fullness” or kind of like a swelling sensation periodically for a new moments then it subsides and the area where the sensation is goes hard. It wasnt until I told my mom that she said “well what elese do you think would be making that feeling?”.

Cant wait to feel definite kicks and for husband to be able to feel them too.

First felt my little girl at 15 weeks 5 days. Just a tiny little butterfly feeling at first and I just froze waiting to feel it again. A minute or two later same feeling and honestly I cried then. It became very real that there was life inside me at that moment.

18w on the dot with baby #1 (kicks).  With #2 it was around 14.5 weeks I think, more of the flutters

I have anterior placenta (upper right quadrant of the uterus) but baby likes to hang more to the center and left side. I started feeling movement around 17 weeks and full blown seen-from-the-outside kicks by 20/21 weeks. I’m 21+5 today and baby has started kicking/punching at the same time so I’m feeling movement more all over vs just a kick or nudge here and there. Baby also got hiccups for the first time last night!
