…and I would be excited, except my wedding happened almost 2 months ago and the earrings only got here on Thursday. That’s Thursday the 9th of June 2011. I ordered these earrings from an etsy vendor in Singapore, and they swore delivery was 6-8 weeks. I ordered the earrings in February. FEBRUARY!
Good thing I was able to get another pair I loved and this didnt ruin my wedding. But, I am, understandably a little ticked off.

Yeah for sure! Write a bad review.

Whoa! Your title is so happy; your post is so not. I don’t blame you at all! Definitely review them.
Are you keeping them or will you get a refund?

They are pretty earrings, so i will keep them, no sense asking for a refund that probably would never get to me…

wugh please warn us of the seller. I was planning on getting some earrings from an etsy seller lol.

Too bad you got them late 🙁
Hopefully you will find many other occasions to wear them. You should definitely leave a poor review for that seller that carries some heavy weight on Etsy.

You can’t always blame the Etsy seller. Its depends on when they shipped it. Sometimes things get held up in the mail or in customs that are out of the person’s control. Personally, I would never buy anything for my wedding so close to the date from Singapore. Glad it all worked out for you on the day though.

It takes FOREVER to mail overseas, since everything goes through customs! Hopefully, you’ll be able to sell them to a future bride-to-be or just keep them for a fabulous event of your own.
