We just started handing out the invitations this saturday (and we have have just given like 5) and I just lurked into our registry and we got our first one!! Its from a really good friend of mine and he bought us a nice tefal traditional crepe maker!!
I got really excited!

We just received our first one as well! Some of my cousin’s bought all of my Fiestaware that we had put on our Macy’s registry – it was such a nice surprise to see all the Macy’s boxes on my doorstep when I got home from work yesterday! It made my annoying vendor issues a little bit easier to deal with.

Our first wedding gift was a waffle maker. We received it right after we sent out our save-the-dates, so almost six months before our wedding!

The same thing happened to us! We got our first gift this week after sending out STDs last week! It was the last
thing we thought anyone would buy for us – a dual zone wine cooler! Like I need more of an excuse to drink wine 😉

Yay! It’s so fun to get that first gift! The first thing that was taken off of our registry was a creamer in the shape of a cow. It’s been a running joke between one of my bridesmaids and I for a long time, so it was really meaningful to get that from her :-).
I am also very guilty of being a registry lurker! We’ve gotten our KitchenAid Ice Cream maker (YES!), most of our towels, a cake server set, and an ice bucket and ice tongs. We’ll be living off desserts! :-). Our first shower is in mid-April, so I’m going to try to cut myself off from looking, starting on April 1st. We’ll see how that goes.

I would love to get an ice cream maker!! I can totally add that!

I highly recommend it! It’s the attachment for our mixer, and I am totally in love with it. I have had to hide it. Since Fiance currently doesn’t live in our city, I’d feel kind of guilty for using it without him. Plus, apparently, we were supposed to wait until the wedding to open it (it was from one of our groomsmen and his girlfriend…they sent our wedding gift early).
