So, February is almost over. March means only 2 months left. I had my shower this past weekend and it was wonderful. I had my first dress fitting last night, and today I got the phone call that the wax mold for my band is done. It has just now hit me that this is all really happening. What did it for you?

@iammcdibble: When we hit the 3 month mark and realized that our money supply is dwindling. We were like, “oh snap…. the wedding is actually almost here”. We’ve been engaged since June 2011 so it’s been awhile.

Our wedding isn’t until June 1st so it hasn’t quite hit me yet. I think it’ll hit when I have my first dress fitting on Sunday!

Yesterday marked 3 months until the wedding, and oh man it made everything feel SO real! I have so much DIY to do, and so many little things to finalize! Eek!

I have realized that we have a lot to do, but it’s not that much – the big things are out of the way. All that’s left is decorations, finalize the catering, mail the invitations, and buy lots of drinks.

I had my dress fitting, we sent out the invitations last week, I ordered my veil yesterday and we are waiting for sample Swarovski crystals to arrive for our custom monogram cake topper! This week we are going to see about applying for our marriage license online and applying for our passports! Eek!

I still have so much crap to do. After assembling 150 invitations, I now have to remake them (my parents are now hosting with us) and print 150 additional. On top of that, I still need to purchase so much! My vendors are giving me the runaround so I am soo scared. My budget is dwindling and I am completely frantic. I’m praying that I get to calm down before I turn into an ugly Bridezilla. I live at least an hour away from my bridesmaids, so they can’t really help (with children, school and husbands). Sigh, So much to do with so little time and resources.
