I do so much better face to face than over the phone. Good luck on your interview tomorrow!

I hate that. The last few jobs I’ve lost out on I’ve had fantastic interviews but the ended up hiring someone with a few more years experience than me. It’s SO frustrating.

I even had one of the recruiters I’ve been working with call me today and ask me why I thought I was having such a hard time finding work! Ugh… shouldn’t you be able to tell me what’s going on and why I can’t find work? Your *job* is finding other people work.

Anyway, sending you good interview/job vibes for tomorrow!

@pec1216:  Personally, I would not go sleeveless to a job interview. Do you have a suit you can wear instead?

I agree – although the tone of the outfit is professional, bare sholders are less professional.  A blouse underneath could work.

@pec1216:  Cute outfit, but, personally, I think you should wear a business suit to an in-person interview.  Interviewers will judge you on everything!  Good luck!

Cute outfit but absolutely inappropriate for an interview. I’m not sure where you’re interviewing, but I work in banking and it’s explicitly stated in the dress code that you can’t wear any sleeveless shirts. You don’t want to take the chance that the place you’re interviewing has a restriction like that… Other than that, good luck!
