I would recommend a combination of cardio and weigh baring exercises. Did you exercise prior to the baby?

Watch what you eat (veggies, fruits, whole grains, lean proteins), do cardio 3-4 times per week for at least 30 minutes each session, and do some weight training (either with weights or just body-weight resistance exercises like pushups, situps, etc) 2-3 times per week.

After my son was born, I took up running.  He loved the jogging stroller, so I’d take him out during nap time, get in a good run and shower, and then by the time he woke up, I was clean and had gotten my workout done.

Are you breastfeeding?  If yes, keep it up for as long as you can; your body burns 500-700 extra calories per day just making milk, so it’s a huge help for dropping the baby weight.

Right now you’re body is still recovering from having your baby. I would make sure to talk to you’re doctor first and find out what they recommend before asking for any non medical advice. Also, from my unfortunate experience, not everyone loses weight from breast feeding. I’ve successfully Boyfriend or Best Friend 3 children an besides water weight from post birth, have lost nothing. If I did workout, it caused a latic acid build up which Dirty Delete had a hard time digesting. Causes them to be very colicky. Reducing my calorie intake also reduced my milk supply no matter how much water Or “breast milk supplements ” I took. I would take this time to enjoy my baby and sleep as much as possible. They’re only little once
