Yes! Usually I get these moments when I watch Fiance in a crowd. He is so good around people (he makes everyone feel relaxed and welcome) and he has such a great sense of humor. I love watching him make other people laugh, and I am always so proud to introduce him to anyone. Moments like that are great! ๐Ÿ˜€

@GonnaBeMrsE:  aww! sounds like one of those great moments in life!

my husband does little things all the time that make me just melt. like today. he wanted to go to the junk yard and look around for parts for our truck. it’s like 100 degrees and we’re ALL over the place. after about two hrs, he looks at me and says, honey, it’s too hot for you to be drug all over the place. I’m not finding what I want so how about an iced coffee and some lunch? so we go to this nice little cafe and he’s sitting there with grease on his nose and I just can’t believe how lucky I was to find him ๐Ÿ™‚

Yep same as Jules28 I get that feeling when I see my Fiance around people, he definitely has a gift of making everyone warm to him… That’s how he got me hehehe

But yep just love how calm he can be IRL when I am about to blow my top from crazy stress hehe

Aaaah aren’t our guys awesome?? ๐Ÿ™‚

I feel this way all the time, Fiance is amazing to me and he just does all the little things all the time to make me happy, it is always “don’t worry about it I will get that for you honey” I find myself just looking at him wondering how I was so lucky to find such an amazing person.

We were long distance for two years when I lived in Japan… he flew halfway around the world to see me, and one of the first things he did was change my lightbulbs and fix my screen door and broken sink!

Last night, when Fiance came over to my parents’ house, where I was celebrating Father’s Day, after he worked for 14 hours. He came to visit for dessert, wish my Dad a happy father’s day, and to wish my Mom a belated brithday (since he missed the dinner a few days ago, due to working another 14-hour day).

Aww he’s a good guy.  Car trouble is the worst!

My Fiance works about 60 hours a week during the ‘non-busy’ season.  Poor guy works at the client and either stays late or comes home and works some more from the home office, and then works weekends from home.  It’s never-ending!  The other day I took a 9-hour exam for my doctoral program.  Even though Fiance works nonstop, he still had a home-cooked meal and a cold beer waiting for me when I dragged myself home like a zombie.  I gave him a hug and was so grateful.  He could have just heated up some leftovers and kept working but he knew I needed a little TLC that night.

I love those “how did I get so lucky” moments. My Fiance is 6 foot 3 and works as a roadie. He can pick me up and carry me. He fixes things. He carries my bags. But you know what he did on Saturday? He made confetti, out of pink paper, with a heart-shaped hole punch. FOR FIVE HOURS.

When we went to stay with my friend recently, her seven-year-old daughter – our flower girl – made him play with Barbies, and he did, without complaining, until my friend rescued him.

I’ve not been well lately (back problems among other things) and he’s been doing a lot round the house. I told him he must be getting sick of it and he said: “You never get sick of taking care of the person you love.”

Also, my dad broke his hip recently and Fiance has been helping my mum out by driving my dad to appointments, picking up equipment he needs, etc.

He is quite the catch.

I got that moment when my SO came over to my grandma’s house after working his 2nd job in his work outfit (he was going to shower after picking me up, since he drove to my hometown 30 minutes away after work to spend the weekend with me and my family).  He looked so damn sexy all tan, dirty, in this green tshirt that brings out his eyes, jeans and work boots.

I literally was like a teen girl and so in awe of how lucky I am to be with him.  It was a good moment!

I’ve had two oral surgeries in the last year, and Boyfriend or Best Friend took care of me through both of the recovery periods. I definitely had some moments of awe throughout the recovery periods, while he was waiting on me, calling my doctor, calling my parents, picking up stuff for me, making sure I was comfortable and well-fed, etc. <3
