To the Person Who Stole My Lunch:
I hope you enjoyed MY lunch. I hope it was a case in which you needed more than me. Thanks for taking something that you knew wasn’t your’s because there were no other meals like it in the freezer! So glad I can trust my co-workers. Just wanted to let you know that now I DON’T HAVE LUNCH FOR TODAY!!!!
Thanks a bunch!!!

Maybe they thought they were helping me out in my quest to lose weight for the wedding?

That’s the kind of thing that makes you want to sprinkle a laxative in the lunch…bet that will teach them not to touch other people’s stuff. I kid, I kid….LOL. It does suck though.
I have started bringing my lunch in one of those insulated containers and adding a couple of freezer packs to keep it frozen/cold until I am ready to eat.

I’m sorry, I know I shouldn’t but I just burst into laughter. I can see how you would be angry because it’s raining as heck outside where I am and if someone stole my lunch and I had to go get lunch in the rain, I’d be pissed!

A few girls in my office actually got together and bought a mini-fridge that they keep in one girls cube. Our office kitchen is so tiny and over crowded, it’s hard to even find a spot to put your lunch!

OMG!! That happened to me last week! A month ago I brought in 2 frozen meals–and I had splurged this time on getting the “Steamer” meals, you know, the really good ones? I ate one the day that I brought them in, and saved the other for a time when I may have forgotten my lunch or didn’t feel like packing. One day last week I needed a lunch and was craving the one I had in there. I am also really picky and do not eat onions, so I had to take the time to read every label and find some I would eat. This particular one sounded delicious–whole wheat pasta, tons of veggies, chicken–the works. I go to the freezer and it is NOT THERE!!!! I asked everyone and nobody knew what happened (or they just weren’t fessing up….) I ended up eating an unclaimed alfredo pasta one that was horrible. I am still pissed about it! I even take precautions to leave them in the grocery bag so they are noticably different, and I put them in the freezer door, away from everone else’s. Let’s just hope karma catches them….. 🙁

OMG! Sadly, I see that I am not alone in this! We’re not allowed to keep refrigerators in our offices, but maybe I should invest in a little cooler.
I think what is bugging me now is that our HR department isn’t even acknowledging that this happened. I know there really isn’t anything that can be done, but I would have at least liked a “sorry that happened”.

I hate sharing a fridge with piggy coworkers!!
1) they steal lunches
2) they stink up the fridge with stsinky chinese food or mcdonalds and then my food/creamer tastes like it!!
3) they let their stuff ROT

You should hang this up on the freezer. Good passive aggressive note 🙂

Wow! That sucks. Nice note, though. You should submit it to Passive Aggressive notes. Maybe they’re put it on their site. 🙂

That happens to my daddy all of the time. He has a mini fridge in his office and people still go in there and steal. One person was caught stealing change off of his desk and was suspended.
