so sad… but yet so lucky that nobody in the wedding party was killed.. that would have been horrible (not to downplay the man that was killed, that is still horrible) but if it was the bride or groom, the amount of trauma would have been three times more!  Hopefully this is the last major bump for this couple and that they will live a long happy healthy life together.

It’s so tragic.  The gm that was killed was standing up in the shuttle when it happened.  I cannot imagine, how very sad.

oooh I don’t know how I feel about the reception going on as planned.  But not being there, maybe it was handled graciously.

It is sad that someone had to die because someone else failed to stop for a red light. My undertanding is the couple married at Methodist Hospital and then instead of a wedding reception they held a quiet dinner in memory of the groomsman that passed. They honored his parents who were in attendance.
